Did you bash Mikey Garcia for running away from a Spence rematch?

No. That's exactly what he should do. Respect for the guy for going for it though.

No there are weight classes for a reason. This was Trinidad vs Hopkins all over again. Too big and too good to overcome. It can be one or the other but not both.

there is a brutal stoppage waiting for him at 175 or he goes down like chavez jr and has to think about getting up. he doesn't belong in the division.

No but if Bivol can make 168 he has to fight him for all the marbles to prove he isn't a fabricated hype scheme.

I don't think it would be called running away. If he had won a robbery and didn't give the rematch...yes. But an acknowledgement that it was a bridge too far would be respected. What we don't want is for him to take the rematch because he believes he won the first fight. If he let's pride delude him then he's looking to get hurt.

The problem is, he put a hydration clause on Bivol at 175 so it's obvious that cut will do something do Bivol just like Dawson. Fight him at this weight or move on.

Wdym? There was no rehydration clause or any BS clauses for the Bivol fight.

It wasn't the size or weight that came into any serious impact with this fight, it was the simple case of someone being far too tricky for Canelo.

Ironically, someone like Beterbiev who seems the far more dangerous/scary fighter to go against would have suited Canelo more because he wouldn't have been hard to find. Bivol on the other hand seemed like a guy who was good, but very beatable. Obviously not the case now.
