They don’t because Floyd is unique.

Rare attributes for a guy his size combine to make elite offensive skills and arguably the best defensive skills ever. At least top 3 defensively.

But you’ve got so much cum and pubic hair in your eyes you can’t see it.

Well that’s not true you saw it when he beat guys you suck off.

You’d think you’d be man enough to just give credit after he proved you wrong.

You mentioned Roy Jones well he went from 175 to heavy and the guy out dimensioned him. Thats what they talking about.

Its no risk whatsoever for Floyd to fight a faded Oscar or Cotto.

You'll be at 80000 posts before you finish making up excuses for Floyd on this topic

You’re giving him credit for going up and beating Ruiz who had no chance to beat him but was just heavier. Cool.

You follow that by saying Floyd fighting bigger men, HOFers with far more skills and accomplishments and far better at their age than Ruiz ever was at any point in his career was no risk.

Got it. This just confirms you’re a Manny cum gargling f@gg0t that knows nothing about the sport.

Carry on with your obsessive Floyd hate.

Say what Ruiz was a natural heavyweight. One shot and its all over. Don't try to downplay it.

Even Hagler saw what was going on:

Marvin Hagler calls out Floyd Mayweather, tells him to fight GGG

          July 24, 2015
          by Larry Brown

Since Floyd said GGG was nothing special this shouldn't be too hard on your boy

Except no. Ruiz was a slow, relatively small HW with little punching power. There's a reason Roy picked Ruiz instead of Lewis or Byrd.

Criticizing Floyd for cherry-picking, and then in the same breath praising Roy for fighting a small, slow HW who held a paper belt makes you a hypocrite.

At least he fought a heavyweight. He started out at jmw.

What does Floyd do talk s**t about mws but makes excuses.

He's straight up and down with no special effects."

"I can't make 160 pounds...I can barely make 147. If I could go up to 155 pounds, I would beat him (GGG)...that's easy work,"

              Ok

I dont think you understand what cherry picking is. RJJ going up to heavyweight isnt a cherry pick when the outcome is uncertain. FLoyd is the cherry picker when he picks weak underdogs to fight, rather than undedogs with a better chance of beating him. I mean Maidana was nearly a cherry pick gone wrong maidana had on paper aboiut a 35% chance to win. Sure, sure maidana beat broner, but so would thurman, brook, spence and bradley and beat broner easier than maidana did. And theyd be favoiurite against Maidana also.

Except nobody actually thought Ruiz had a chance of winning.

It's like when Canelo wanted to fight Makabu to win a title at CW. There's a reason he wanted Makabu and not any of the other CW champs.

But doing things noone has ever did before winning a title at heavyweight isnt a cherry pick its history making. Why should RJJ fight somebody nobody thinks he has a chance of winning? Floyd never did anything remotely like that. SO RJJ has to fight someone nobody gives him a chance of winning as the only route for him to not be a cherry picker?
RJJ had never fought at heavyweight before, so the Ruiz fight was uncertain. Theres only a couple or even a handful so heavyweights who beat Ruiz. Of all the underdogs floyd could ve fought, Ruiz would be one of the strongest challenges, it's pushing boundary.
I mean how high are the standards for RJJ? Floyd woiuldnt even fight GGG. If FLoyd was so damn good that might be deemed a cherry pick but i doubt it woiuld be deemed a cherry pick.

It’s absolutely hilarious how this thread has hurt the Mayweather fanboys. They really can’t handle the truth.
