    Not once...
Fury does have something to prove. He's never truly been undisputed because of AJ and that now passed to Usyk.

He has to beat the winner of AJ v Usyk II to complete his career.

The mere fact that people are taking this talk seriously shows how disillusioned Canelo fans have become, lol. He's a great fighter, but there's absolutely no way on God's green Earth that Canelo Alvarez beats Oleksandr Usyk in a straight up match without any advantages. Whoever thinks otherwise should start following WWE, as that sounds like it's more your speed, lol...

Yeah true, but I was only joking.

I think Canelo’s not just dining out, but gorging on his own hype now. Gonna bite off more than he can chew

Canelo is a great fighter no doubt but Usyk is a step too far. He’d get demolished by the heavyweight champ imo

First off, I've been watching fights since the late 70's so I'm very familar with Roy's career, and I may well be older than you. Secondly, RJJ got KTFO'd twice in a row when he was 35, the second KO being by a journeyman guy older than him. I can promise you that will never happen with Canelo because Canelo relies primarily on boxing skill and intelligence to win whereas RJJr relied 100% on speed and athleticism. Once that faded, Roy's ****ty defense was his undoing. As far as respecting legends goes, you may be too old to respect the one fighting before you right now.

Are you going to kill yourself if Canelo beats Usyk and becomes a unified heavyweight champion?

I'd agree with the part about facing AJ vs Usyk -- that really would clear up who is the best HW of this current era. I would say Fury was the man once he took the belts off Wlad, unfortunately he went to pieces and never defended them. It is an egregious caveat to his career that having been a unified champ, he never once defended those unified titles.

He has a slice of the pie currently. That means something significant, but it's not so substantive as to make the kind of claims that have been coming from the Fury camp, such as nothing left to prove, done it all, etc. He beat Wilder. It's arguable about how great an achievement that is. It would help if Wilder would fight again as well.

Yeah, that technically is a ko, i guess i should have specified more to discount instances when fighters dont answer the bell

To me Beterbiev is above Bivol and Beterbiev is pushing 36. Bivol is very good, but is he a true elite similar to Mayweather, GGG? Not so sure. Even if he is, let's call him an exception that confirms the rule. Canelo always has something up his sleeve, be it short camp, opponent's age, beef or Adelaide Byrd. Which is a shame, he's probably an ATG level, he shouldn't be playing these games.
