Fury vs Wilder III, was not better than Kiltschko vs Joshua.
Joshua vs Kiltschko was fought at a higher pace, and there was a higher offensive skill level on display. Fury and Wilder were stumbling about the ring after a few rounds.
Usyk is a unprecedented talent in boxing, Olympic Champion, Undisputed Cruiser weight Champion, and current WBA, WBO, IBF & IBO World Heavyweight Champion.
All Usyk has ever done in his career is win, 300 amateur wins and only 15 loses, and undefeated as a professional. This is a momentous challenge for Anthony Joshua.
Fury has just retired after beating a fighter, Joshua ****** out many years ago.
Joshua in his next fight, is facing a formidable opponent.
It will be herald as one of the greatest heavyweight wins of modern times if Joshua beats Usyk. This must absolutely terrify you mate.
You are petrified that Joshua will not disappear like your boy.
Usyk himself would be most past era champions best wins . I’m not so sure I’d even pick many to get by Usyk and coming in his next fight will be a certain fire under him ,this even includes a prime Mike Tyson for example, either Klitschko brothers and Lewis who’s best win is probably Tommy Morrison and Holyfield late 90”s with no controversial things going on but I guess Lewis best win is subject to debate considering who he fought and when .
In todays era I have little doubt Fury would get by stylistically against Usyk though and have little doubts A.J in fact will win in dramatic fashion .
I believe a lot of guys can lure Tyson Fury out of retirement. He's super young still! This was clearly a money move. Indicate you're retiring so that people think they have to cough up more money to "drag" you out of retirement. Let's be real, he's not in any real retirement state yet. He's young still by heavyweight standards and aside from the Wilder trilogy, I could still see some real good matchups for him.
I also believe the AJ fight with him can still happen and would be mega money. Adding to the fact of Fury's now, "retirement" status, if AJ could actually beat Usyk and create renewed buzz in a Fury showdown, the money that they'll throw at Fury to get him in it will be astronomical.
Good business move by Fury, he's learned well from Fraud Jr.
I can see Fury fighting Usyk later this year. Joshua will be irrelevant.
So why bother making fights if A.J is irrelevant ? If he’s irrelevant who is ? Dont tell me Wilder because you said he brings nothing to the table as if no one here would want Wilder vs A.J either right ? I don’t believe you really believe some of the things you post that’s what I think .
The fact is Fury vs A.J would be the most talked about fight in 20 years that’s just a fact but no one wants it ,if it came on PPV you’d just turn off your television and say whatever it’s an irrelevant fight right ?

What I am saying is, Usyk is at his absolute peak.
This is like Sugar Ray Leonard vs Thomas Hearns, Roberto Duran vs Sugar Ray Leonard I, Marvin Hagler vs Thomas Hearns, Chris Eubank vs Nigel Benn I.
There are very few times in boxing, when Top elite fighters meet at their absolute peak. Anthony Joshua is taking on a unprecedented talent in Uysk 'At his peak'.
When Tyson Fury took on Wladimir Kiltschko he was not at his peak, plus? Kiltschko great champion as he was 'He had been beaten before numerous times'. But make no doubt about it, that fight was Fury's moment of greatness 'It was a great win'.
Usyk has experience, he has achievements, he has everything coming into this rematch. Not only does Uysk have all this experience behind him, he has added motivation to win this fight 'That statement is self explanatory'
That is why if Joshua beats Usyk, 'It is the greatest Heavyweight win of the past 20 years'.
What else will compare? Nothing.
It will be a greater win than Fury's win over Deontay Wilder. Because Usyk is more of a accomplish fighter. And it will be a greater win than Fury's win over Kiltschko, because Usyk is at his peak 'And is also a dominant champion'.
It is a completely momentous challenge. Anthony Joshua may well be afraid, but I would imagine he is also excited. This is what fighters who yearn for glory dream of, these moments 'Where greatness is right there in front of you'.
Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk. Is the most significant Heavyweight title fight since Evander Holyfield vs Mike Tyson I.
Note: Due to Usyk's achievements, like you have pointed out. Uysk would be a great win for all the past Champions. As soon as Joshua took this rematch, I noticed the campaign to down play the potential win slowly increase in intensity. Deep down people that watch and understand boxing, know that this fight is of a great magnitude.
It is awesome, just look at the way people are not giving Joshua a chance.
Yes preferably, fighters want to stay unbeaten. But if ever beaten, if you then avenge a loss? I think that enhances a resume.
Anthony Joshua in some ways, has been tested more than Tyson Fury. He has had to overcome more obstacles in his career inside of the ring.
If Tyson Fury is ever beaten, would he take the rematch? If Fury is ever stopped inside the ring, what on earth would his reaction be?
Nobody knows. But we have all witnessed how Anthony Joshua reacted to such circumstances.
Exactly. It seems to be forgotten on here that after the Ruiz defeat (a fight he should never have taken) most on here said he couldn't beat Ruiz and was crazy to go with the immediate rematch. He did and he won.
It's also forgotten that people said he shouldn't and wouldn't fight Usyk. He did. Now people say he's zero chance to beat Usyk in the rematch and shouldn't have taken it. Well, he has.
I'm no fanboy, but this is the guy who does what he should do, even when the naysayers say otherwise. I like Usyk, but I actually hope Joshua wins and eventually gets an undisputed fight. He's the only one who has consistently tried to achieve that - every one of his actions point to that. He's unified titles, he's faced mandatories, and we know he's tried to make undisputed fights v Wilder and Fury because they've both confirmed it!
No-one else in the division can point to doing all of those things.
