Serrano had the middle rounds obviously but she gave away easily 3-4 of the last few rounds and some of the early ones were close enough to give to Taylor. I'd have it Taylor by a round or a draw.

I don't know how you'd see that, I just saw the home fighter get the benefit of the doubt like they always do.

Well, (1) I'm rarely swayed by majority opinion, and (2) you saw Katie Taylor get the decision because of what she's contributed to women's boxing?

In life you have to be honest, but many people aren't they want things to go their way, to the point that they'll lie, steal, cheat, and even commit murder.
Amanda Serrano put such a hurting on Katie Taylor, that she'll never be the same again, she was lucky to have ended the fight on her feet.
That being said just going the distance doesn't mean you won the fight, because that girl got the beat down of her boxing career.
This decision ruined an other wise incredible fight, promotion, and performance from two of the great female fighters in the history of boxing.

I'll just say, I'm a massive Taylor fan, and have been for years. I'm not some embittered internet weirdo (or maybe I am), I just thought Taylor's cards were too high in her favour.Roj likes this.

Can only mark my own card and agree she definitely was in trouble in a couple of rounds, but when I scored the fight, the rounds that she moved and boxed on the outside (Start and end) were enough to win the fight. Could go down the rabbit hole looking at judging and the motivations of others but she boxed well at the beginning, started to get hit hard and get the **** boxed off her and she adjusted correctly and boxed to win the last few rounds and close it off.
