I hate how nowadays fighter's want to fight on PPV after their very first big win . For what to get 100-200k PPV buys at best? Just keep fighting on free TV rack up a few more big wins , build up your fanbase enough that you can get 500k plus PPV buys .

I don't understand you logic. So they shouldn't try to make a vast increase in their pay, they should stick to what they are getting until one day they can really really make a lot of money? Maybe?

Most Hispanics i know including myself, my family, friends, co-workers - bought Mayweather ppvs in hopes of seeing him lose. After he took on the Money May persona - the vast majority of his opponents were Hispanic for a reason. He did not wear the Mexican colors to be adored by the Hispanic fans…He obviously knew that would be taken as an insult on cinco de mayo.Floyd became obnoxious, arrogant and crude villain to obtain fans in the opposite corner in hopes of seeing him fail. Its business. Same reason Davis continues to fight b-level Hispanic after b-level hispanic..gotta have the Hispanic fanbase for profitable ppv #’s.
