Can some tell me, in laymen's terms, what is going on with this Kinahan guy? I've been reading the articles, but I don't understand...

He has 0 criminal convictions. He isn’t “wanted” by US whatsoever. They’ve labelled him a criminal and asked the public for info that would LEAD to his arrest and the destruction of his “group”

He's an alleged (very likely!) murderer and drug lord kingpin whos hobby is boxing, controlling a lot of it (in the UK and expanded to the US).
