Please let this fight actually happen while they are both still prime. It kinda feels like it’s now or never.

Oh well. That's why he's going to end up with the B-side of the purse, and rightfully so.

I use to favor Spence in this match as I thought it is a classic swarmer vs boxer match up ala Duran vs Leonard. That theory has changed somewhat as Crawford can actually be viewed as the puncher in this fight but still with his boxing skills. The Spence that showed up last night was great and with insane volume but I also cant help but notice how Ugas made it easy by just laying there with his bad feet. Crawford will not be laying in there and getting tagged at will. On the flip side, if a swarmer like Porter can have some success against Crawford, you 'll reckon Spence can have greater success as well but will Crawford cooperate with him as he did with Porter knowing he fought that way 'cos he was trying to make a statement to stop Porter. So many intrigues in this fight. Has to happen this year. Right now, if u twist my arm, I 'll slightly favor Crawford.

Regardless of the purse split this is a 50/50 fight and long overdue. We should be talking about Crawford/Spence III by now, but such is the business of boxing. I am happy to hear Spence talking about the fight instead of those old tired excuses. Make it happen.Castilo likes this.
