In all my years of watching boxing, that was the worst game plan by Ugas against Spence that I’ve ever seen. In fact, it was so ****** that Ugas’s entire team should have been arrested on the spot. Resorting to an idiotic bending of his head and throwing no punches, Ugas just stood there absorbing punishment with no head movement or counter punching. Look - we all knew that Ugas was a fraud champion by beating old man river Manny. I’m glad that Spence now feels confident to fight the real welterweight champion in Bud Crawford. Finally - a mega fight worth seeing.

That was a pretty bad game plan. Two top off my head even worse with their teams should of been slapped for letting it even happen...

Canelo thinking he could out box Mayweather. And maybe only won 1 round IMO.

Pillow fists Bradley thinking he was a power puncher against Pac in their 2nd fight. Pretty much all he did was throw power punches and only won 2 rounds IMO.

Why the hell did Ugas stop when Spence fell back on the ropes???

I was asking myself the same question, but more importantly, WHY did that idiot Lawrence Cole not call a knockdown. The rule is absolutely clear that if you get hit with a shot and the ropes hold you up, it's a knockdown. Had the ropes not been there, ESJ would have wound up in the third row.

Yeah, but have you ever seen a quality boxer stick his head down, right in front of a smaller (less tall) opponent like a piñata? Except the person swinging wasn’t blindfolded. Ugas needs to retire. Thank his lucky stars for all the money and two undeserved championship fights. Like one poster said - Ugas couldn’t dent a g****. At least Canelo and Bradley lasted the fight. Ugas should have tattooed a sign on his forehead saying “hit me.” Really a pathetic performance and a textbook example of how not to fight. Sayonara Ugas. Spare us you presence in the boxing world.

Crawford will nail Spence with a shot Spence will not see coming all night long and eventually KO him IMO. Spence has a punchers chance though. Crawford is levels above anything Spence has faced. Just my opinion.

It's still a tossup and a 50/50 fight to me but now I'm leaning more towards Errol Spence to win. Last night's performance answered a lot of the questions that I needed to know about Spence; His eye, chin and stamina. He passed all of them with flying colors. If Terence can't stop Spence I don't see how he can win the fight because Errol has a tremendous high work rate and punch volume.

that fight needs to happen next fight, spence seems to realise this, he knows how easy it is to get derailed, i have no idea what crawford wants, he should have been at that fight even getting into the ring in his face, thats how fights are built up, a bit of needle etc, bud doesnt do that sort of stuff, hes very cagey, looking for a statement of intent from him, he needs to respond to spence & make the fight on good terms & do it quick

This fight will happen once Crawford recognises and accepts he's the B side. Not the inferior fighter or the underdog by any means but a guy with no promoter, no ppv sales and 1 out of 4 titles.
if he believes in himself, he'll accept the lesser % he's gonna get offered and make the fight
