Similar to Frank-Derbyshire, I doubt too many people watched Gwynne-Willis. It was a fight of two halves really, I had it 114-114 and think 7-5 either way was reasonable. However, below and behold, Robert Smith and his band of merry men strike again. I can’t remember which judge it was but 118-110 Gwynne. What fight were you f***ing watching?

There were some horrid scorecards on the Golden Boy DAZN card last week but yeah, it still seems like 80% of the garbage scorecards out there these last few years have been by British judges in British fights.

It really p***es me off man. I remember Luke Willis as a teenager boxing out of Golden Gloves ABC. He’s never had promotional backing, made his way through the North West small hall scene and was finally getting his big chance tonight. Yet some c*** in a shirt and tie who’s probably never even taken a punch with an 8oz glove has taken his chance away from him with that scorecard. That was a close fight and I have no issue with Gwynne getting it but 118-110, that’s a f***ing joke. It’s blatant corruption.

Boxing has been this way for so long now. Especially here in Britain.

Nothing can be done about it. That’s the sad reality.
