    Should Usyk really be fighting?

His wife claimed he lost 10kgs in the first week out there. I don't care how mentally tough he is having to go through that, see that, you can't switch off from that.

Granted he hasn't time to waste but I am not sure I like the idea of him fighting.

Usyk was fighting on the frontline in Ukraine to help defend against the Russian invasion, and his wife has revealed the toll it took on him.

I don't think the Ukrainian people want the optics of having their heavyweight champion stripped of his belts for not defending them. He can do more for their morale by beating Joshua than he could by picking up a rifle.

        - - What U expect on Army rations in the middle of tore up bodies?

Lousy global situation and lousy boxing situation the best this 3rd millennium can provide for now as devolution interrupts the ascension of Mankind.

Well, if usyk loses he's got an oven ready excuse. But Josh don't care if usyk is 100%, Josh just wants revenge.
Bu t maybe usyk inspired and Josh is nothing compared to frontline

I know this 200% benefits Joshua. Alot of people felt he didn't have enough time to improve off that fight now he basically has two camps to prepare while Usyk head not even in boxing.

              It's all speculation isn't it.

I've also heard Usyk will go in the ring with the warrior spirit of the brave nation of Ukraine and so Joshua has no chance.

Besides, its only Anthony Joshua and he's pretty much useless so at least Usyk doesn't have to fight anyone good. I don't think Usyk can possibly degrade enough to lose to a bum like Joshua.

True bro, Usyk was charging trenches and dodging mortars and **** on the front lines, I heard Usyk gunned down dozens of Russians when he was right there leading the charge on those front lines.

Usyk is fantastic person and I have so much respect for him but I did see an interview and he does look like he has lost a lot of weight.......and I don’t know if he can put these troubles behind him and be focused on a very determined joshua out for revenge.
on one side I want Joshua to beat him because I’m and on the other side I want usyk to be totally prepared for the fight.
unfortunately usyk is a champion and has to defend his title so it’s difficult.
I know he was be patriotic but he needed to step back and really consider his stance on joining the war and especially putting your life on the line for a war that america is by proxy directing

its just one of those unfortunate situations, obviously not ideal preparation for the fight, its a ready made excuse too if things dont go well, but usyk will get back to where he was for the first fight, its just a matter of when & if it will be in time for this fight, great situation for joshua tho, highly unlikey usyk will have improved in that time, i think usyk is making the right choice tho, great payday and he can come again if it goes south on the night
