Conor Benn is a ranked fighter, the bare minimum for him to be doing is fighting other Top 10 ranked guys. End of story.

Using Ennis' equally weak opposition to justify it doesn't work.
conor is a young fighter learning his craft quit trying to throw him into fights when hes not ready yet, is a good job you arent a promoter

Oh no, the poor boy has to fight someone in the Top 10. What a monumental ask for someone who's ranked in the Top 10 himself

David Avenesyan is ranked #8, he wants to fight Conor Benn who is ranked #10. Yet you're actually saying he should fight unranked fighters instead. What a sad joke you are.

If Conor Benn can't beat David Avenesayan, he can forget about any world titles. That is the absolute obvious fight to make at this time in his career against a solid, world class guy but a very winnable fight.

Conor Benn doesn't seem to want to take that risk and clowns like you are happy to accept fights against the likes of unranked Van Heerdan.

Oh yeah? Who's that going to be, Adrien Broner? Robert Guererro? Victor Oritz?

These are the "elite" fighters he's been talking about. He's already played down Avenesyan, an actual Top 10 fighter.

I call a spade a spade. You're in the Top 10? Fight someone in the Top 10. Not some unranked fighter like Van Heerden.

This used to be a basic thing. Now the sports been invested with clowns such as yourself it's now considered a rare thing.

Not ready yet? A couple of months ago you created a thread titled “Conor Benn is a problem for the welterweight division”. Which is he? Not ready yet or a problem?

              Crowley - Josesito Lopez

Crowley is the new name, he is coming from the dominant win against Abdukakhorov, if he beats a tough gatekeeper Josesito Lopez, he is very close to get some big fight.
Never heard of either. I looked them up and both men have an extensive pedigree. Both were amateur fighters. Unlike MOST of these Pro fighters that NEED to be babied and matched gently.
I look forward to seeing them.

I'm pointing out hypocrisy. If everyone is getting on Benn, they need to get on Ennis...end of.

Van Heerden was a late replacement opponent for Ennis though, it was supposed to be Dulorme but he had to pull out

Doesn't matter. Ennis just could not have fought, until Dulorme was better. Once you agree to fight a fight, you take responsibility for that fight & who you are fighting.
