Bivol is not going to be an easy fight for Canelo. fighting world-class light heavies might be a bridge too far for him. I think the edge goes to Bivol in a close fight. As for Golovkin, it is 50-50 that the fight even happens. I don't think GGG's heart is in fighting Canelo again. My hunch is that DAZN pressured both Golovkin into making that fight. He will find a way out.

The problem is the judges, GGG won both fights and was robbed and his past his best but the judges will still call it for Canelo. Bellews was an OK champion, nothing special and an even worse pundit, his predictions are always way off so I wouldn't take his predictions to seriously. His only got a job on TV just because his an ex fighter not down to his extensive knowledge the same for Froch.

How come that’s historically been the way it’s been in the sport the last 60 somewhat years since they added more weight classes. Say golovkin is old, say you are concerned for him, but to say he hasn’t earned the fight is laughable. Even if I didn’t make the argument I made, they’ve had two razor thin fights. Two which in both cases press row felt the wrong guy won. Let that man either lose outright or have the night of his life. He’s still carrying what he feels is bad judging. Both are.
ggg has not done ****. Let others have a crack at canelo. ggg is an old fart who ducks tough fights. 2nd fight with canelo wasn't close. ggg lost cleanly and was beaten up.

The only reason he is facing Golovkin again is because DAZN offered him a monster deal and they want Golovkin to be one of the fights on that deal. He who pays the piper calls the tune.
the PBC offer was more per fight and when you consider his Ppv’s on pbc did better than any of his dazn events have (because they promote better and the basic Ppv model on your cable tv box appeals to more people overall than using an app) , I’m doubtful that it was the money that swayed him towards dazn. 100 mil plus Ppv upsides would probably net him 130-140 for 2 pbc fights.

The DAZN deal is for $160 million. That's much more than $100 million or 130-140.

On top of that Bivol is more dangerous than anyone at PBC.

So Canelo chose a higher payday AND a riskier opponent. Can't really find fault with that.

The DAZN deal is for 3 fights. Way less per fight and not to mention less of a threat. Benavidez is actually the most dangerous of any of the 4 between pbc and dazn. Bivol will try to cautiously bid canelo. Benavidez would make canelo fight and would inflict more damage.

Are any of you boxing fans this is the biggest fight morons. Stop hating the sport and just love that 2 top dogs are going against each other. I swear you cannot please these flowers. You complain when someone gets a ko . Complain that he fights scrubs. When hes in a good fight the panies come out . Noooooo dont take the fight. Lol. They fight the fights for a reason and if you want to decide become a promoter. Otherwise sit back analyze the fights and enjoy. We are watching legal violence. But with the majority its nooooooooo dont fight, he fights bums, who has he fought? Shut up already
