While what you are saying makes the whole sense because there is no way Canelo hits harder than Smiht or Barrera I think you should take in account that not everything is punching power.

I mean, look at Kovalev getting hit flush by a much bigger puncher in Yarde and surviving that round, think about this, no one stopped Kovalev the way Canelo did, yet he is that 57 teinted meat eating midget with a knee brace who did not stop Angulo and Chavez Jr.

There is much more than just the "Fighter could not stop fighter X so he should not stopp fighter Y"

Boxing is much more complex than that, just being honest, but at the end of the day I agree with the main point that I don't see how Canelo stops Bivol.

If he is such a farce why are you in here talking about him, I wouldn't waste my time talking about something I don't care, just being honest.

He has it when he needs it. Benavidez sparred him and said he has a very strong sneaky right hand, and he spent 4 years sparring a prime GGG. No way Canelo walks Bivol down like Plant. That is fantasy land.
Earlier in Bivol's career, against a different level of competition, he was far more aggressive. I agree that he has more power than he's shown of late; he admitted he was buzzed by both Pascal and Smith in those fights, I wonder if he focuses on outboxing his opponents and limiting risk because of those previous experiences.

I doubt you find any fighter at 175 better than him that's willing to spar. Not a great division nor deep. Who would he spar with at 175 that's a better option?
