Cotto, Pacquiao, Froch, Kessler, Haye, Joshua, Rigondeaux, Brook, Khan, Barrera, Briedis, Groves. Some of the other British fighters from that era; Bellew, the Smiths, Campbell, Macklin, Murray, Cleverly, Burns, Saunders, Yafai, Eubank, De Gale. Some headliners, some way down the card.
Randomly went to a press conference for a fight that never happened; Berto Vs Mosley and there was a lot of boxing people there mingling. De La Hoya, Haye, Katsidis, Khan, Doug Fischer. Judah too I think.

I’m from Liverpool originally but live in Cheshire now, I’d gone to visit my brother in law who lives in a place called Wallasey and I was just nipping the shops to grab some ice lolly’s, ice cream or some sh** like that for his kids. Anyway, as I’m queuing up at the checkout, this guy in front of me looks the image of John H, I thought there’s no way it could possibly be him and then I heard him speak to the cashier and I heard a ****ney accent and it turns out he moved down here years back. So I politely introduced myself and he seemed surprised somebody still recognised him and he invited me to join him for a coffee. So many great stories about the Napoles fight, how he was screwed in the Dave Boy Green fight etc. Easily the best conversation I’ve had with a former fighter.
