Name Popular/ Known Fighters You've Seen in Person

I'll start...some of these would be a two for one if it was 1 guy facing the other guy...
    Miguel Cotto,
    Austin Trout,
    Alfonso Gomez,
    Clottey,
    Golovkin,
    Juan Manuel Lopez,
    Manny Pacquiao,
    Terence Crawford,
    Christopher Diaz,
    Mikey Garcia,
    Orlando Salido,
Felix Verdejo (not proud of this one anymore),
    Jesus Rojas,
    Zab Judah

Probably just a couple more that I can't think of since I'm at work posting this but yeah, never been to Vegas for a fight. These were all mostly from MSG.

I met a young kid( about16). He came to our gym to spar our 11-0 professional fighter.
The kid was about 10-15 pounds smaller. I watched that professional get out thought and out boxed for 2 3 rounds, so he decided to get a little dirty and ruff up the kid. He ended up getting. MAULED by the kid.
I knew I was witnessing a future star. The hair on my arms literally stood up watching this kid.
He was Andre Ward. When I heard he was in the super six on showtime. I bet on him to win it. He was a huge underdog. I knew he would win.

There are a few others I can't think of off the top of my head. You run into a lot of fighters who are chill and will talk boxing at fights. I still hold that Anne Wolfe was the best person I talked to, was like talking to family

Ward was earmarked for the win in that from the start, he was the only guy to have all his fights in his home country, froch for example fought went to denmark, finland, america, imagine if ward was told to do that LMAO

I am going to miss a bunch but from what I can remember.

              Juan Diaz
              Guillermo Rigondeaux
              Nonito Donaire
              Jermall Charlo
              Jermell Charlo
              Erislandy Lara
              Joseph Diaz

Gonna have to update later. But most of the ones that are late 20's I have at least come across most of them at some point.

I met a bunch of boxers outside of the boxing realm. Hopkins paid for me and my families meal at a New York diner outside of the garden after Tito-Mayorga.

Trinidad,Cotto and Juanma I’ve met in my hometown of Caimito in Puerto Rico. All where super humble and we didn’t talk about boxing the majority of the time.

Smoked with a few world champions as well. Ricardo Mayorga bummed about 5 cigarettes from my brother outside a miami night club, he was funny and he loved talking about his KO win over Forrest. Mayweather was at the strip club I was at and cleared me out of my table haha

Met more boxers as well, I got to say boxers are the most accessible athletes and approachable.
