CAP! Haney was only in trouble in the Linares fight (10 round) and he still UD him. Gamboa & Diaz never had Haney in trouble.

His skills aren’t all that and he’s no natural. I like Kambosos’ approach and mindset. A proper throwback fighter and as he says he’s paid his dues. I think he’ll get his tactics right again against Haney and wouldn’t be at all surprised if he does stop him as even though he’s not a big puncher, he’s calculatingly aggressive and Haney doesn’t react well under pressure and his chin ain’t great.
Kambosos got a SD against a guy with a breathing condition...as a matter of fact, he gotten SD in his LAST 3 fights. Haney will beat him (he just has more tools) but Kambosos flurries will impress the judge unless Haney does something about it.

So it won't be a big surprise if Haney becomes Kambosos' 4th straight SD victim... Fight is in Oz land and George is the King of SDs....

      Go Spartan !

Haney is a boxer not a knockout artist and likely teaches a boxing lesson to Kambosos
Agreed! I believe that Teo's greatest mistake was his overconfidence; Which ultimately led to his own undoing by trying to get George out of there early with every punch he threw while leaving himself vulnerable and very easy to hit as a result of It. In other words, he fought a very dumb fight.

He needed to calm down and relax more if he ever was going to win that fight. He was just too tight and tense that entire night. He was never going to stop Kambosos with those wide and slow punches that can be seen coming a mile away.

You are also right. Haney is going to show Lopez how it's done by teaching him how to stay focused, disciplined and relaxed.

It was well documented he was ill during the fight and “could have died” according to the doctor. Are you going to claim he was 100%? Talk about revisionist.

I saw the fight. He was 100% and fought hard to the last round, so yes, I am claiming his post-fight excuses are pure bull****. If you want to believe Lopez was in his death throes during that fight then go ahead, be dumb. Go check youtube for more Lopez family excuses. They've got more than the Bronze Bomber. GK beat that ass fair and square and with no excuses.

I guess for people like you only time will tell. I suspect after kambozo loses the belts against Haney in the next two fights (rematch), he will be fed to Lopez at 140 at some point and Lopez will crush him. Mark these words.

Nothing against Kambozos, I actually hope he beats Haney but he’s just not that good and he’s running his mouth like he is without having proven it.

He got split decisions in his last 3 fights because:
In the Mickey Bey fight he was an unknown Australian b-side fighting the American former IBF lightweight champion in the US
In the Lee Selby fight he was an unknown Australian b-side fighting the British former IBF featherweight champion in the UK
In the Teofimo Lopez fight he was an unknown Australian b-side fighting the American reigning lineal, unified champion in the US

Now he's the Australian a-side reigning lineal, unified champion fighting an American b-side titlist in Australia.

The reality is he beat Lopez, Selby, and Bey by several rounds each and got handed harsh decisions. The Bey fight was ugly but he still won most of the rounds; he won the Selby and Lopez fights in what should've been wide unanimous decisions.
