    How good is Naoya Inoue?

How good would you say Inoue is? Is his resume weak, or is he just so much better than everyone he's fought?

I would normally like to write him off as part of a hype train, but he did impress me with his grit in the Donaire fight. It was really exciting to watch and he got hurt bad but stuck it out, even dropping Donaire late. To me, that solidifies his truth and worth as he goes for greatness.

He was younger when they first fought and since that loss, he did go on to get a couple impressive wins.

Now more than ever I would say Donaire is too old, but when they first fought, it wasn't as bad. Donaire wasn't just called out to face Inoue, he won a tournament to get to that position. I think with all circumstances considered, it was a good win for him at that time. This time it may not be so impressive.

he won a world title in a fight he wasnt expected to win and they're now fighting for the vacant lineal title that has been empty since the 20th century...
