He had stamina issues at light heavy, so... will not cutting weight help him and give him more energy?.. Or will the extra pounds make him even more vulnerable by contributing to empty his tank even more quickly? Who knows? I guess that's what Duva is trying to say.

Kovalev has stamina issues because he trains himself and does push himself past his comfort zone in training or in sparring. Plus he drinks a lot. Nothing to do with draining himself to make 175.

Yeah if he beat this fella in convincing fashion wouldn't be shocked by that at all. He's a name a former 3x light heavyweight champion pound for pound ranked fighter. So having Okolie poleaxe him in 4-5 rounds just adds a name to the resume because I dont see Okolie getting a unification next for some reason seems like the other champions don't really fancy it I think there happy staying away from him and doing whatever there doing unless hearn offers them a fortune and Okolie isn't a draw like to justify that

I heard they had the Goulimarin unification agreed but then it fell through. I’m guessing Hearn isn’t willing to pay enough to get Okollie another belt. Breidis was at his last fight so hopefully that’s in the pipeline now.
