The real question mark is on Joyce as the unproven fighter to demonstrate he can take flush AJ right hands over and over again until AJ gasses out.

    I'm betting he can not.

After only 1 or 2 rights from AJ I see Joyce backing up, and as soon as he does that the fight is over.
Not really im assuming he will be too scared to be swinging on Joyce because he knows what will be coming back and he has 0 confidence in his chin, the AJ of old would probably put a beating on Joyce but this new scared/boxer AJ will probably lose due to inactivity or getting caught. We will see more in AJs next fight what he has left too you are right that it's hard to keep things consistent with AJs skills/ability due to whats happened. I've always thought AJs resume is overrated af though all the names he has fought have been old or past it apart from Parker/Whyte.

I think if AJ finds that inner dog he had some time back like he had during the Whyte fight along with the skills he has learned along the way it will be a tough match up for Joyce. I still haven't decided on what happens in the rematch yet because I do believe AJ is capable of beating Usyk if he goes for the kill and fights like someone with nothing to lose.

Similar measurements aj looks the better overall boxer yet cause aj has lost that spark at the moment plus always ? Chin this i a fight give aj only a slight edge cause joyce so slow plodding yet old aj i would even give joyce a chance i have to see him vs dillian whyte parker to see how good joyce really is beating dubois is not impressive enough for a title shot work way up ranks move ranks go fight hughie fury then if win then wilder then if win get a shot

Have you actually watched the Whyte fight? Aj has absolutely no defence & is up for a scrap. Great to watch, s#it boxing.
Forward to today, since Dawejko concussed Aj in sparring for the Ruiz fight then Ruiz doing the same in the fight he's been broken. Add to that Whyte(amateur) Klitschko (pros) Usyk (saved by early bell) Price, Dubois, Bakolie (sparring) a picture emerges.
All his so called names on his resume that were shot 38-41 year olds (4of6) & it's no coincidence the last 2 he boxed of his own generation both beat him.

It's a fight I'd love to see & I think Joyce walks right into Aj & it doesn't last long & if they both connected at the same time i know who my moneys on.

Joyce will be 38 soon and in AJ's preferred age range of 38-41 slow and shot (4 of 6)
Aj has been matched very well by Rematchroom & is only relevant today through paperwork, constantly blocking undesputed when loosing instead of moving on like real sportsmen.

I'd like to see it, we all know how they fight, either Aj control's the it or Joyce's constant preasure gasses Aj. That's why AJ's mostly boxed shot old men, they give him time to think & breath.

ive been told by a very good source that joyce got the better of him in sparring and that he was always the better amateur. if joshua thought he could beat him he would have fought him as a keep busy fight, but he wont, hes scared of getting chinned by a uk rival same as khan was.

Is Joshua's power that much greater than Dubois? Joyce came through Dubois power.

I think Joshua's power has gone backwards, especially when he became 'The Obsession'.

I.E These past few years since the Ruiz Junior loss, Joshua became obsessed with his boxing skills and dropping weight.

I think these obsessions, took away from his innate strengths. And as a result his offense at mid-range, and punching power has gone backwards.

Joshua still hits hard, with more power than most. He is ranked above Tyson Fury in punching power 1000%, but I am not so sure he would blast Joyce out.

Note: Joshua is in his best form, when he lives and trains like a Heavyweight. In my opinion, Heavyweights should not be so intricate. They should train, and eat and whatever weight the are? That is what weight they will be. That was always the attitude of David Haye. I believe this type of attitude on some level, creates a comfort and expansive environment.

I have found the media's and Joshua's attitude completely bizarre, he has always been one of the best conditioned and dedicated heavyweights in the game. Notice the way the media always **** on about his weight, or body condition 'As if there was something wrong with his attitude before'.

While fighters like Fury, who in comparison has issues 'Nothing gets said'. Tyson Fury does not care anyway, he is heavyweight and he has a heavyweight attitude.

That is what Joshua needs to bring back.

Embarrassing move from AJ. Joyce was always good to him in the amateurs as well. He’s lost respect from me pulling sh** like that.
