Eddie Hearn is buns. He’s doing to haney exactly what he did to Andrades career. Pays these guys millions for fighting nobodies then when a big fight is offered they think they are worth significantly more than they are and price themselves out knowing that DAZN will pay them 7 figures for fighting bums.

Edward made a real mess of an excellent fighters career and will probably end on a loss to a no name good , bigger fighter

Andrade is boring and has fought nobody yet he has made millions. I'd say things turned out pretty good for him in the end.

When you're avoided, you have to take on the other avoided fighters and build appeal. You have to make it so boxing fans can't ignore you. Marquez did it. So did Winky, Clottey, Margarito, so many. Andrade wasn't willing. Ducking Janibek is an example.

He leaves the game with his brains and some decent paydays - he probably has a couple houses. That's a success for him.

From a fan's perspective, Andrade had a pointless career and no one will re-watch any of his fights or ever mention him. He's not even a footnote on boxing over the past 10 years.

The funny things is Hearn and DAZN stopped a Canelo unification from happening at 160 for Andrade.
Both sides confirmed talks in August of 2019.
Unfortunately DAZN was trying to force the third GGG fight they promised him to sign. Canelo had no contractual obligation to fight him and had no interest. Then DAZN said they wouldn’t approve any other fight than GGG.
Then when Derv ducked the fight to lose to GGG Canelo decided to move on from 160 and didn’t need Andrade. It’s funny people think a guy that had never fought a world champion in his career would have anything for the top dog. Would be an easy win for Canelo. If Andrade wants it he can go up to 168 and get some good wins to earn that payday.
By Sean Jones: Saul Canelo Alvarez and WBO middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade are in negotiations for a fight, according to Mike Coppinger. Canelo

I want to see Andrade in a top fight before age and discouragement set in.

WHAT is keeping Andrade vs Mungia happening? One is the WHO champ and the other is the number 1 contender for the WBO title. Mungia who is number 2 at WBA must be waiting on GGG/Murata winner or Lara.

Boo Boo has always been in a tough spot and yes, he is partly to blame for it.

For all those reasons, Boo Boo will most likely never enjoy the media push and fan push to get big fights like a Loma or GGG. For example, see how a Coppinger/Mannix had been pushing HARD for a Loma-Kambosos and a Canelo-GGG 3. They never had that kind of energy for Charlo-Andrade or Andrade-Munguia. It is what it is!
This. He doesn’t act like a hood rat or play the black villain role that seems to be so popular with sports media and plays right into white fear stereotypes. Good for him for being himself.

Avoided? Sergio Martinez was avoided. So Martinez he moved up in weight to fight the most avoided man in boxing for no title and 300k. He became a draw himself through his accomplishments and earned his opportunities. He's one of the defining names of his era.

Andrade fought a string of bums and gave up his strap to avoid fighting the first halfway decent fighter on his resume in a decade because he's looking to cash out. He's not avoided, he's the one who has avoided the challenges necessary to build and brand and put himself in big fights (IE when he ducked Charlo). He's a nobody and will retire a nobody.
