GGG was directly asked if he'd ever fight at 175 like Canelo, but he immediately shot it down saying everyone would be calling him out which is the last thing he wants. So no, the fight isn't guaranteed to materialize with the kind of risk Canelo's taking unlike GGG who is taking the safe route as usual.
What a crap post from somebody lodged high up into the depths of Canelo's rectum... Firstly, when did Banks ever have a say in who Golovkin fights? Leoffler/Hearn are the ones who determine who GGG fights not Jonathan Banks you absolute turd! For you to even consider that garbage again just highlights how hungry for Canelo's dong you are.

Secondly, GGG is 40 years old and literally on the way out of his professional career - Canelo is 31 and at the peak of his career... Why are you still trying to compare them? When they fought (even though GGG was 35 & 36 respectively) GGG unofficially beat Canelo in the first fight and in the second fight should've at a minimum been awarded a draw. Would you compare Manny Pacquiao to Boots Ennis? Get real you doughnut.

Thirdly, Canelo "adding to his legacy" was manufactured crap. Canelo achieved undisputed at 168 with THREE VOLUNTARY TITLE SHOTS including 2 consecutive voluntary title shots. When does that ever happen? Its not like Canelo fought his way through the sanctioning body rankings to get his title shots, they were handed to him on a plate in one of boxings weakest divisions...

Where have you been since your second fight? Szeremetas and two years inactivity.

you obviously miss the point Ggg is making - if Canelo claims it’s personal and there’s bad blood - WHY not make the 3rd fight immediately after the 2nd? All this supposed “bad blood”, why did it take over 2 years to make the 3rd fight? Canelo calls his own shots, one would think him having all this “bad blood” with Ggg he would be anxious to get at Ggg a 3rd time.

Where has he been? Only unifying the Super Middleweight Division! Remember "Anyone from 154-168?" Seems like decades ago!

Of course Banks isn't calling the shots, he was covering for GGG turning down the offer just like when Abel covered for him by saying he's the one who turned down fights like Lara: "When Tom came to me and offered Lara and Sergio Mora, I'm the one who said 'I don't want those fights.' I'm the one who said that before there was a chance to have it discussed with Gennady [BS]. I told that to Tom, because first of all Lara has not earned the right to fight Golovkin" Back then team GGG were claiming to be avoided yet refused high profile matchups based on style, talking about they don't deserve a shot yet all those scrubs did.

It's straight comical to claim Canelo hasn't taken more career risks than GGG. And age has nothing, to do with it-- even back when GGG was claiming to be avoided he never showed that ambition and was happy to stay in his scrub fighting lane. Team GGG used to hype him up saying he'd fight anyone from 154-168 but then Abel turned around and said it's "unfair" to expect poor little GGG to move up to 168 for Ward. Canelo on the other hand, got the job done and more as 154-175 champ including moving up as the underdog to beat GGG at his own game. He continued lining up champs including undisputed in the 168 division that always gave GGG cold feet and is set face his second champ at 175 which GGG himself said he wanted no part of.

Canelo as a 5'8' ex welter is next fighting in a division he has no business being in on paper vs a bigger and highly skilled champ that can give him all kinds of problems on paper, but you're trying to call that handpicking when other fighters aren't welcoming those risks, and your guy spent the bulk of his career fighting scrubs and not stepping outside his comfort zone. Again, straight comedy.

You know you don't have an argument when all your statements end with you talking about penises because there's no comparison between resumes lol.

No, I understand Golovkin's point, but all we know is that this is how Canelo says he feels now, not how he felt last year or even last month. I sense that GGG was "out of sight out of mind" to him until these formal talks about a third fight started. Moreover, there could have been "bad blood" all along and Canelo was quite happy to keep GGG from getting 3rd PAYDAY thereby getting a more satisfying payback until this DAZN made insanely lucrative a few weeks ago and changed his mind. Who knows?

Ggg has basically been waiting for a 3rd payday. This guy has fought more bums in the past 4 years than Andrade.

I think what he means to say is that if the grudge match is really so personal for Canelo, then why has Canelo waited so long to make it happen? Canelo holds all the cards so the rubbermatch was always going to happen exactly when Canelo wanted it.

Of course there's still animosity on Canelo's part, as Golovkin is the only man to beat his ass. Whenever the fight comes up, in articles, youtube or wherever, there's always countless comments of how Canelo lost and GGG won, imagine having to read that for 8 years? I feel Canelo has karma coming his way, for being a drugs cheat in and outside their fights.

What like fighting in 2 middleweight WBC tile fight's at 155lb Catchweights. Like slapping a rehydration clause on Danny Jacobs in a WBC IBF & WBA Middleweight unification fight. Or are you talking about the risk Canelo took when he only allowed Kovalev an 8 week turnaround from fighting Anthony Yarde before also placing a career first rehydration clause on him at 36 years old... GTFO! Only Canelo dong swallowers such as your self fall for his asterix ridden career. Of course, I also forgot about that risk Canelo took when he knowingly took clenbuterol to try to get an edge over Golovkin in the rematch.

At least when Golovkin fights he fights FAIR with no advantages his way - you can't say this about Canelo... He's had things stacked in his favour for so long, and if it doesn't go to plan he always has the judges to bail him out. To think he already had the judges working for him at 23 years old when he fought Mayweather to get that 114-114 scorecard is incredible! That's 9 years and counting. Baring a KO its virtually impossible to beat or get a draw against Canelo (unless you're GGG)

All I'm going to say is look at the way Canelo's physique has changed throughout the years - he has definitely been on the juice in stages during his career. For example compare the physique he had in the 1st GGG fight - extremely muscular (why he gassed as early as round 6) to the rematch where he was much more smaller and leaner (the clenbuterol aided this) then to the Jacobs fight where he looked thicker and stronger, then to the Kovalev fight where he looked slightly fat with a visible belly, then to the Amir Khan fight where he looked like a 175lb'er, then when he went down to 154lb to fight Smith and looked skinny etc... I could go on. Even Eddie Hearn commented on this very issue suggesting Canelo had used steroids before co- promoting his fights.

At the end of the day there has been 4 fighters now who have popped dirty from Reynoso's gym - you'd be a fool to think that his star pupil Canelo has not actually been one of them and instead believe all the tainted beef crap. They must have all sorts of substances at their disposal to pick from excluding steroids to help with stamina, weight cutting, focus etc. Its these very things which have aided Canelo in going up and down the weights but his luck won't last for long and I genuinely believe Bivol's fast feet will be too much for him.
