If Ward happened to pull it off, what does that say about Ward/Canelo
Why the hell would a fan say if Ward grew some balls to come back and fight anybody. The dude is beyond retired so even after a tune up he would have so much stacked against him it would be a lose lose situation for Canelo. If Ward pulled out the win it would be a devastating loss for Canelo and if Canelo won then he beat a retiree that stood no chance. ****** thread.

Canelo, it shouldn't even be close. Even the best version of Ward gets worked over by the current version of Canelo. Ward got a gift versus Kovalev first time out and should have been DQ'd in the rematch. Canelo beat him clean and decisively.

I am not sure prime vs prime it would be easy night for Canelo. Ward wasn't super duper boxer but his inside game was almost unrivaled. Current Canelo enjoys beating out-boxers and walks them down. But, Ward was ugly and dirty inside/pressure fighter. I'd say 60/40 Canelo.

            I think that's a fair assessment.

              - - Wart won't fight Canelo because Wart was never an American star, always complaining about l'l Floydy purses.

He gonna do the same with Canelo who won't give him orchestrated home advantage Wart enjoyed in SuperSix where every other fighter who fought away from home took a loss.

Let him fight the sweet patootie he was training to beat Canelo. Two stinkers in the ring should be just what the Doc ordered to clear up U sinuses and constipations

Ward didn't need to use advantage in Super Six. All wins were clear.

                    - - Yeah, headbutt, clinch, hit on the break, clinch and headbutt some more, mix in a few lowblow combos and complain to the ref about the guy holding.

Clinch, rabbits, clinch, more rabbits ad infinitum, whoa now, a headbutt combo, now that's real top of the heap stuff

Still legit wins. I didn't think they had to skills to beat Ward when I watched the tournament. Ward was dirty but you need ATG level skills to f**k up his dirty game.
