Can the same logic for Pacquiao be used for Canelo?

How come this logic can be used for Pacquiao, but not Canelo?

This is a serious question too, so for all the Canelo stans please don't get all your panties in a bunch, if you got a legit answer cool, if you want to bitch and moan, please bounce
Can’t comment on Pac-Man, but it’s general consensus that weight draining has an impact on your physical attributes, including power.

Canelo’s steroid was a fat burner, which implies he was struggling to boil himself down to LMW and then 160 to face GGG; something he may not have required had he fought the man years earlier; not sure how much to blame either he, Reynoso or Oscar are for this.

TLDR: while I wouldn’t be surprised if Canelo was doping still (or any boxer, tbf), I think it’s more likely his ‘new found’ power results from being at his natural weight.

Why cant we all just admit that Manny should have yes to the tests way back then? The same way he said yes to those exact same tests when they did eventually fight? And no, those tests didnt affect him in any way. So he was wrong for refusing this whole time.

        - - Manny has said YES to more bloodtests than most, and most especially that small little man so scared within hisself he couldn't even take his own kids to school.

How come U never pass U tests? What grade U in when they kicked U outta school?

Because first off Manny had as much bargaining power as Floyd at that time. He wasn't somebody that Floyd could bully around with all the Bush league, a side shenanigans. ost's was unheard of in boxing, wasn't mandatory back then, and frankly, Manny wasn't required to do it. It was strictly a bogus agenda Floyd was trying to push with no hard evidence. Despite that, Manny agreed to random blood tests with a cutoff date that Floyd had a problem with, and wasn't willing to negotiate.
Its as many people that believe Floyd threw it in there as a means to avoid the fight as it is people who felt Manny was at fault so of course Floyd boys who hate that Manny is a stand up guy who stands on principle should be down to get butt fu'cked.

How did Manny survive the tests in 2015 if he couldnt survive them in 2010? Come on man. Its just a random blood test, welcome to the real world where people take those every day. Boxing fans can just admit that Manny should have said yes back then. Maybe they fight or maybe something else stops the fight from happening, but Manny should have said yes to that.

Lets throw fandom aside. As a real person I have to ask myself, how much of an ask is a random blood test? Its still just blood tests. How does it become a big deal? How does it become bullying the b-side?

To me, I think asking for a bigger ring would be a bigger deal. Or even dictating gloves. Or asking for more money. Blood tests? Shouldnt be an issue.

Remember that Floyd agreed to Manny's bogus demand of 10 million per lb over the limit?

Pac would KO Mayrunner between 2008-2010.

Other than Thurman, Pacquiao's resume at 147 really isn't that much better than Floyd's. Matthysse, Rios, Vargas, Algieri and Broner aren't significantly better than Guerrero, Maidana, Ortiz, and Berto.
