We have discussed the cutoff dates/pre-schedualed tests already. Which defeats the entire purpose of a RANDOM blood test. I will simply repeat my previous question to you. Floyd honestly did nothing but ran and clinched for 12 rounds. I can't count how many punches he landed. Manny actually was the guy pressing the action and actually making what little excitement there was in the fight.

I cant remember exactly the years Cotto said FLoyd ducked Pac. BUt if my memory serves me correctly Cotto said Floyd ducked Pac for 6 years.
