Munguia is looked at as a much better fighter and Charlo will stay in obscurity.isagj likes this.

I can't believe this fight is even being discussed for a PPV. Sad state of boxing these days were any have decent fight has to be on PPV. Funny how both PBC and DAZN came into the game telling us that they were going to be the ones to do away with PPV...........

I know you guys are tired of hearing me say this but I gotta say it again for you slo-mo rheetards out chere....THE ONLY THING DAZN HAS MANAGED TO DO IN MHUR-RIKA IS COMPLETELY FUQ UP THE MW DIVISION! Once again let me show you the fights that would have happened had there never been any DAZN in the US. Redhead v 3G v Charlo v David v Mungia v Andrade v Plant v D Jacobs etc... The fight should be on Showtime only (not PPV coincidentally). Charlo is the champ with the belt = A side. TGB promotions put up ALL the money for the fight = A side. DAZN didn't put in any cash = B side. This is how it works in the US. DAZN is a ship that's sinking and all of it's fighters are drowning with it. They are desperately asking Espinoza to throw them a lifeline. HELLZ NO! Let them sink and die. They came over here in 2018 and brazenly claimed that they were putting Showtime and ESPN out of biz. Now they realize they can't do chit without Haymon and Espinoza's blessing. Fuq them. They getz nothing. If Oscar wants to pull out then let him. He has to see Carlos Adames (PBC) next and that's probably going to be on Showtime. DAZN has Canelo, 3G, Mungia and Andrade and none of them are fighting each other. Hearn approached Andrade first in 2018 and said "If you sign with me you will get the Canelo, 3G and Mungia fights because we are home of the MWs and Charlo will come and bend the knee and fight you on DAZN...and then fast forward to 2022 Hearn tells Andrade "yea I meant before he fights Rocky Fielding, Jacobs, drunk azz Kovalez, Smith, Yildrim, Saunders, Plant, Bivol, 3G, Ryder...and then we will see...would you like to renegotiate for new 5 fight deal Demetrius? There is not a move that DAZN can make at 147-160 without Al's blessing. Fuq them! Either you let Mungia fight on Showtime or kick rocks bytch. Cut throat corporate America at its finest, no British 'banter' here.mgame likes this.

Whether it’s low ball offers with no Ppv upside (like they did to ggg) to pretend like they want to make a fight, pretending someone else priced themselves out only to find out it was them who never had any real intention of making the fight (like they did to Isaac Cruz) or just flat out not letting their fighters take title shots for fear of watching them lose like he did for munguia with Andrade and Ryan Garcia with Haney. There’s always some bullshet with them. So spare me their lame ass rationale about what the hold up is because there’s always a hold up with them, ya phag.Last edited by Chris Hanson; 03-12-2022, 11:29 PM.
