I co-sign. Look at Pac's last 3 fights. a hand picked David Diaz, DLH at 147, and Hatton who I don't believe ever recovered from the Mayweather KO.

Its pulled up {Shorten the chain} when I took the pic ... it hangs alot lower.

I used to use a homemade one that was smaller ... but IMO, the larger one works out better because of the weight. It really smacks the crap out of you if you get sloppy. Plus when I'm using it - I'm using 5 & 10lb hand weights.
