Everytime this Spence fella comes out for his fight, these youtubers keep asking him about Crawford. He says the same thing every time. Year after year after year. Aren't you people sick of this?

All I know is Crawford beat Porter; he didn’t just “get by” him. He TKO’d him. Nobody else did that starting w/ Spence. Spence was marketed well so owns 2 belts & HIS MGT calls most WW shots. He himself is a ********** of Hayman & hos mgt, that’s all. Ok, he’s a solid fighter but Crawford apparently cares more about true competition. That righteousness may be his downfall but only financially. Terrance Crawford ducks no one, he fights the best opponents who’ll face him; notwithstanding for fair pay. That’s it.

Spence/Crawford will occur “soon” only if Spence’s leaders get cornered into it. That might occur but his leaders will bilk all $ they can out of their accident-prone little lamb until no more lamb chops exist.

Crawford has suffered financially & popularity-wise relevant to his talent but might give in a little to that promotion/ mgt BS in order to prove he’s #1 WW worldwide. Maybe he’ll take a lower % cut from Hayman if some minimum payout is promised. That’d be nice but he might be too proud & stubborn for that & rightly so. I’m no expert promotor or mgr but if I were Crawford I’d take less to get more ASAP. More recognition & more $. And more personal pride, which seems he is all about.

It was Crawford that re-signed with TR as a free agent. Doesn’t that show he was the one that is afraid?

That makes zero since. Crawford re-signed with Top Rank with the understanding that he was going to get a Manny fight after a good showing vs Viktor Postol. How the hell is that evidence that he was afraid of Spence who hadn't even won a world title yet and Crawford wasn't even in the division. Crawford then EXTENDED his contract after the Horn fight with promises from his promoter that he would get a Thurman, Porter, Danny, Manny, or Spence fight.......Only man who didn't do their job was Bob Arum.....but let's not act like the PBC fighters made it easy to negotiate a fight with them.

-Thurman wanted nothing to do with Crawford while having a title. After the Manny loss, he then demanded a contract from Top Rank.....he had no title at that point...Even had the nerve to allegedly request $10M....more than double his largest purse of his career.
-Danny didn't even respond to a $3M offer. He didn't even want a title shot as he had already lost to Porter. If he didn't like the offer, why not send a counteroffer. Instead he and his camp admitted that they didn't even respond to Bob.
-Porter ignore a question about a unification bout on the Showtime Boxing show 3x. It got to a point they had to ask him specifically about Crawford. Then after he lost to Spence, his daddy went to social media demanding Crawford fight his son....where was the energy when he had a title. Bob sent 2 offers to the Porter camp. $1M and a $2.5M offer. Not a great offer but not a bad offer for someone who had nothing to bring to the table and had lost to every elite fighter their had faced. Porter was also the mandatory for 18 months yet never reached out the the WBO suggesting that he was interested in a title shot. The WBO were the ones who reported that when they moved Porter down to #2 and moved Virgil Ortiz up. When the Manny fight didn't manifest, it was Crawford's camp that reached out to the WBO in attempt at making a Porter fight because Bob Arum wasn't making an honest attempt at doing so.
-Spence required Crawford to prove he can compete at the 147 weight and gain a world title before he would "consider" negotiations, yet, he was okay with a 135 lb champion (Mikey Garcia) jumping 2 divisions to face him. Spence also fought Danny Garcia & attempted to negotiate with Ugas before he won an actual title.

These are all factual statements. How is that evidence that Crawford is the one afraid.......not even saying that Spence is afraid, but it's silly to think Crawford would be.

I certainly disagree with most of the comments on here! I don’t think either fighter is afraid of one another or the thought of losing, but it does have to make financial since, and I understand Crawford thinking he’s deserving of a 50/50 split being a 2 division champion but Spence does have the edge here with the amount of belts and he’s been at the weight longer and has bigger names on his record at 147. I just hope they can put it together before the end of this year otherwise the hell with it!

Correction:
-Crawford is a 3 division champion.
-Crawford is a 6x world champion. Spence does not have an edge there. He has spent majority of his career in one division and to this date has only gained 2 titles.....given that he had to drop DOWN from 154 to do that, I'm not too sure how him being there longer gives him an edge either. How long was Canelo in the 168 division before fighting Plant or Saunders?........
-Spence has not fought bigger names. He has fought names more recognizable by American boxing fans. There's a difference. Porter, Danny, Peterson, etc are no bigger in America than Khan, Brook, and Horn is in their homeland......Arguably, they may be bigger in their homeland due to the government getting behind their promotion to fight Crawford....hell, many people don't even consider Porter, Danny, or Peterson great welterweights.......me included. And Mikey Garcia definitely shouldn't be thrown in that category because he has yet to even have a win at 147.....

Crawford has one belt and one beat washed up versions of fighters spence best in their primes. Brook and Porter basically fight retirement cash out fights vs bud. Brook didn’t even train with ingle just “winged it”. Porters dad said he knew going into the fight Shawn would lose because he didn’t do the things he normally does in camp. Whoever wins ugas vs spence will own 3 belts and command a 60to 65% purse split. TC won’t agree to this. He won’t bet on himself. He’s said this repeatedly and he hasn’t picked up any more belts to make the split more even. He was content fighting bums for good money on ESPN while spence was beating Brook porter DSG mikey garcia Lamont Peterson

That's a sad attempt at discrediting Crawford's dominance over 2 world class fighters that Spence couldn't dominate.

Crawford met with Brook in February of 2020 and mentioned to him that they can make the fight happen if he is able to make weight. Brook was still training with Ingle all the way up to the actual camp started in August. Ingle simply didn't travel with Brook due to the Covid situation. Brook didn't all of a sudden become less of a talent because Ingle wasn't with him for 6 weeks. He had the whole year to maintain or lose weight and study Crawford because neither of them fought anyone that whole year. The fight was made official in August of 2020. Brook said HIMSELF going into the fight that he had never felt better as a welterweight. Said in detail the difference with how he felt going into the Spence fight and going into the Crawford fight that he didn't have to deal with draining himself and no surgery recovery......He didn't feel 100% fighting Spence....Said he would dominate Crawford.....

Porter's camp leading up to the fight put up video after video talking about what they are doing to prepare for Crawford. Talked about giving him pressure he had never experienced before in his whole career. Guaranteed a stoppage. Even the week of the fight....he doubled down on the stoppage prediction. But then they had to sit on stage together for the press conference. Crawford won the fight in that moment because Porter's whole energy changed. His confidence turned into jokes.His dad began telling "amateur stories" on his interaction with Crawford. All the we had a great camp and will pressure Crawford to submission talk went out the window and now it's we didn't have a camp I would have liked to have. Crawford showed himself to be a different animal.

After Brook fought Crawford he said that Crawford hit him with something he's "never felt before".....this is a man who went 7 rounds with GGG and 11 rounds with Spence....but Crawford gave him something in the 4th that ended his night..... And the fight wasn't stopped via injury.....because without the injury, Brook would have continued vs both GGG & Spence.

After the Porter fight, Porter said Crawford is hands down the best he's ever faced. This is a man who's faced everyone relevant in the welterweight division today......Crawford dominated him into frustration. So much that his daddy stopped the fight because he saw no reason to leave his son in their to experience what he knew Crawford was on the verge of doing to him.

Stick to the facts......There's a reason Spence is not in a rush to see Crawford........it's hilarious that fans like you go out of y'all way to ignore the actual facts to create a narrative.

spence has turned into a real joke. wow and to think of the hype this guy got to end up being lucky to get a decision over porter and then running away from crawford. remember 'he not on my side of the street', well he is now and you still dont want to fight him. they should call spence 'the lie' rather than 'the truth'

That's manager talk. They are men, afterall. Someone said Crawford is passive in regards to this fight and I disagreed. It doesn't mean I think Spence is scared - but he literally said he would rather go another route with TC looking him dead in the face.

Why are you even talking about Jaron Ennis......Crawford can careless about someone who doesn't even have a win vs a ranked welterweight. Crawford's goal coming into the division was to fight ALL THE CHAMPIONS. You have yet to hear him call out anyone who didn't have a world title since he's arrived in the division. He had to settle for fights with Benavidez, Khan, Kavaliauskas, Brook, & Porter because his promoter not being able to make the unification bouts (or the other belt holders didn't want to negotiate with Bob Arum).

Crawford is a 6x world champ across 3 divisions. 2x Fighter of the Year. An ESPY Award winner. He makes at minimum $5M per fight. Current welterweight WBO champion. Ranked #1/2 on ever major platforms p4p list.

Ennis on the other hand....his best 2 wins are vs 140 lb contenders trying to move up to 147. Hasn't even faced a ranked welterweight. He makes $400K per fight. Has never headlined a major fight ticket.......... His only relevance comes because he mentions Crawford/Spence's names after beating up on some unranked opponent.

What has Boots done to make any world champion stop doing what they are doing to give him a title shot.
