Good fight but at the same time I don't like this fight for Canelo. As great as he is I don't want to see him at 175 fighting with guys much bigger than him when there are much better fights with guy's closer to his natural weight that can be made. Canelo really has no business over 168lbs with his height and frame, just cause he can fight at 175 doesn't mean he should, these are guy's walking around at 200lbs. I know Canelo had to be taken back a bit at Bivol's size in person, It's Bivol's fight to lose imo because he has all the physical advantages along with the skill.

Can't hate on Canelo Álvarez. At all. People will go on about how he won't fight Charlo or whomever else but, here he goes fighting someone none of these other guys would even dare do a press conference with. That, imho, takes some "cojones". Bivol is a guy that Canelo will have some serious issues with and yet, they chose him for whatever reason. Hope they put together a nice undercard for this fight but I'll still watch regardless.

Why is politics playing a role in this fight? Many Russians are against *****’s actions and the invasion of Ukraine, not only from an ethical standpoint but also the ire he’s drawn from the global stage has crippled their economy. For god sakes Russian citizens are literally risking their livelihoods by protesting. Condemning an entire nations people for the actions of a sociopath is ridiculous.

They were all weak fighters very soft. Bivol is young and strong. Canelo has gotten used to fighting soft euro fighters. A young russian in his prime will be a different story to a shot Kovalev and those UK bums.
