Gausha has some skills and can crack hard enough. His pace and agression leave a bit to be desired, I expect Tszyu to carefully break him down before overwhelming him but I doubt it will be easy.
I was thinking the same, Tim hasn't fought anyone near this guys ability, Gausha has a very good chance to boost his career by derailing a hot prospect he has a solid chin good right hand and has been in with some high class guys.

Its a good test for Tim.

I felt it was too much too soon but he seemed very confident going into it. Lubin will go as far as his chin lets him.

Lara dropped but he was fine after that and Lubin hurt him in the 12th round but he never went to the canvas. If Tszyu can stop and dominate Gausha? That would be a very nice statement before he gets in the ring with the winner of Charlo/Castano II.
Tim can run the risk of looking TOO good by dominating Gausha. If that happens, we might see Charlo and /or Castano or any big name avoiding him like the plague. I saw this happen to many fighters throughout their careers as they spent many years chasing champions and struggling to earn respect from both the public eye and in the boxing world.

A prime example of this was Lennox Lewis before the Holyfield fights. Nobody wanted to fight him, Rid**** Bowe, Mike Tyson, all the Don King promoted HW belt holders at that time. It was too dangerous to fight Lennox and they were right. Most people forget that Lewis chased that Tyson fight for many years.

Nah, don't think so. Tim has a big name at home and there's a lot of money to be made in a match up with him in Australia.

It's just very hard to blitz a guy like Gausha. Good fight for Tim before he fights Castano or Charlo.
