That post shows you are not being rational, you're just being a hater. If you don't think there are legitimate doubts about Margarito's handwraps then you have your head in the sand. And if you don't understand the difference between a KO and a TKO, then you don't know anything about boxing.

Manny is a natural Jnr Welterweight, he'll never be a natural Welterweight, and however elite he is, he's still at a disadvantage against a natural elite Welterweight. He has speed and fabulous movement to compensate for that disadvantage, plus the best trainer in the sport to give him the right gameplan; so it will be very competitive and he may well win; but IMO, Cotto should be the narrow favourite on any rational assessment. The 2:1 odds currently on Pac are simply ridiculous, IMO.
If Cotto is only a NARROW favorite in your opinion, how would it be irrational if someone had PAC as the favorite? Don't know which guy will win and it could possibly go either way because they both have weaknesses that can be exploited. Should be a good one.

Most idiots already jumped on Cotto Nusack for he's size & Power. But Cotto never has the power to ko anybody unless, it'a a "Gomez/jennings/quintana/urkal/branco" or even a few low blow or a body slam. a no brainer will call him true ww, Thanks to Margo who still on suspension & Paul williams who actually stop chasing he's little ass, also a prime mosley will put cotto in he's jock. That mental beating he got from Margo really showne Cotto that he had enough, No rematche please!
On nov 14 Cotto face will looke like a red Pantiliners once again.

Petty insults don't bother me. Posters usually throw insults around when they can't think of anything more intelligent to type. You are not being rational because I never stated there was not a difference between KO and TKO. My position was they are the SAME on a fighter's record. Paul Williams said he didn't believe Marg used illegal wraps so I think I will take his word over yours since he has actually been in the ring with him. All you can do is voice your opinion about the wraps doesn't make it the truth.

            The logic in all this!

Great fights are coming! Pacquiao vs. Cotto and Mayweather Jr. vs. Marquez.
Shouldn't it be small guys fighting small guys? I mean, Pacquiao vs. Marquez III and Cotto vs. Mayweather Jr. would be closer to reality.
Even if the results are negative for Pacquiao and Marquez, I'd like to see another fight between these two next year but in a more natural weight for these two warriors. Honestly, I don't see how Pacquiao and Marquez can keep on fighting in such a competitive division like the welterweight.
Maybe nobody is really thinking about the sport. They're just trying to hit the jackpot in one fight and forget about boxing. Fair enough to some, but for the ones eager to live a modern golden age of boxing this is not helping. After these showdowns, I hope boxing prevails not just in popularity and numbers, but also in its unbreakable competitive and sportive spirit.

            Peace, dudes. Viva México!!!

i hope pac gets his wish but i cant see it happening, pbf wins against marquez and cotto beats pac then what will happen.if he fights pac after he losses then nobody will give him the cridet but it will make alot of money for both of them and if he fights cotto, everyones going to be saying hes damaged goods and pbf will be to fast for him.so pbf cant really win,i know some people will disagree with me and say mayweather will just run and wont fight any of them 2 and if you are one of them then f..k u

And when he (Floyd) came out of retirement he (Floyd) had a hit list that I'm sure you don't remember either that had Cotto's name on it... Now I do think Floyd vs Cotto will be a great fight, and a pickem fight. But Floyd is not afraid to fight Cotto... And I'm picking Cotto over Pacman. If pac can't run from Cotto's power he's in trouble. The ring is gonna be big enough for Pac to move, but Cotto will corner him at some point and land something big.
Whatveryou say, i have my facts right on Cott/Floyd.

There's going to be a lot of trouble over negotiations in this fight. Specifically who gets the most money.

I want the fight to be made though. Would be great.

                      Try reading my post.

I didn't say that making Pac the narrow favourite would be irrational, I said that making him the 2:1 favourite is irrational.

Of course bookmakers do not set odds on the basis of who they think they will win, they set odds on the basis of who is attracting the most betting money, and only on that basis - so in those narrow commercial terms they are being rational. But in terms of what any serious boxing expert would say the odds should really be, the 2:1 odds are completely irrational, and simply reflect the fact that the betting public is often irrational.
