no doubt PACMAN gonna lose this time. COTTO is true elite WW warrior
cotto owns the WW division. Margacheto plaster hand couldnt even knock
cotto out. pacman needs to bring sledge hammer to the ring to knock
cotto out... he has no business ****ing with the big boys at WW.
i just couldnt imagine what would margarito, mosley, clottey would do to
pacman if he fought those guys, but we will never find out coz he'll be
    retiring soon.

pacman stay at 140 lbs division... thats where you belong.

That's it... It's a WRAP !!! Cotto is definitely Knocking Out Pacquiao. Pacquiao thinks he's the **** now talking as if he's getting past Cotto like nothing. The whole WORLD is going to witness the fall of Pacquiao come November 14th. I'll tell you why. Pacquiao likes to brawl when he gets hit. He forgets about strategy and goes head up to prove that he's the man.

Last night I saw the Pacquiao vs Marquez fight on HBO On Demand and witnessed this with my own eyes. If he plans to brawl with Cotto, he's gonna get ROCKED !!! He's never felt the power of a true welterweight before and one thing Cotto has is POWER !!! I truly think that Pacquiao is going to get eating alive in the ring. If Marquez was able to hurt Pacquiao at 130 lbs, forget about it, Cotto will annihilate at 145 lbs. Come fight night, Cotto will easily be at 155 lbs.

Cotto knows how to neutralize speed, cut off the ring, he's gonna work on having a tight defense and he will work combinations to the body and head as per his interview with a Puerto Rican Newspaper.

Manny and Cotto need to be in attendance Saturday night. Have them both storm the ring or some **** after the fight and challenge the winner.

            You obviously can't read:
"If Manny Pacquiao can overcome the tough challenge of WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto, he says the next logical fight would be a clash with Floyd Mayweather Jr."

            He's not overlooking anybody.

              TKO, not KO.

And there's a huge asterisk against that fight.

However there is the factor of inactivity that might, and I repeat might, have an effect on PBF. If you read properly my post, I cleary said that in my eyes PBF is the favorite.

I aslo mentioned that the Cotto-Pacman is a bigger obstacle because it's a more dangerous fight for both, meaning that Pacman has better chance than JMM, don't know about the kitchen sink but yes, Cotto has been proved to get hit, but so has Pacquiao. That's why I beleive this fight will be a war.

I didn't question your prediction on the fight. I questioned on why constant pressure would help JMM.

Do you honestly believe that Cotto is the favorite?

                  But...

Floyd's fought the loser in a fight before (i.e. Zab Judah). So it wouldn't surprise me if Floyd still took the fight with Manny instead of Cotto.
The contract for the Judah fight was already signed before Judah lost to Boldomir. And Floyd fought Boldomir as well as Judah. So you're being silly.

Is there a new category on a fighter's record that differentiate TKO and KO now??? And where is this huge asterisk you are refering too? I haven't seen it on either fighter's records.

He's not the betting favourite, but IMO he should be. I think people are putting far too much weight on Cotto's performance against Clottey. Given that he was half-blind for most of that fight, I think his performance was actually very impressive, but many people are simply not taking that cut (which was caused by a head butt, not by a legitimate punch) into account.

Manny is a natural Jnr Welterweight, he'll never be a natural Welterweight, and however elite he is, he's still at a disadvantage against a natural elite Welterweight. He has speed and fabulous movement to compensate for that disadvantage, plus the best trainer in the sport to give him the right gameplan; so it will be very competitive and he may well win; but IMO, Cotto should be the narrow favourite on any rational assessment. The 2:1 odds currently on Pac are simply ridiculous, IMO.
