I think Crawford has more skill than Taylor and significantly longer reach. Taylor does box well though and has a certain mental toughness -- I do think he might be able to get under Crawford's skin, who has shown a willingness to get draw into unwise firefights in the past.

Overall, Crawford would have to be the favourite, but I'd like to see it happen.

He's been calling for it. He claims he see's something. I want to see it. I have Crawford destroying him, just like I had Prograis destroying him.

Easier said then done, in theory any fight can go either way but actually going into the ring and striking gold and coming out with a victory is a different matter but that being said if it gets made should be a good fight..

Would love to see this fight, hopefully it gets made since Spence-Crawford doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon.

Does Josh Taylor not know that Terence Crawford isn't undisputed at welterweight?

Props to Josh for asking for TCrawford as we know for sure, Spence don’t want anything to do with TCrawford and would also run from/avoid Josh !!

Taylor is in no way a threat to Crawford. He looks good winning hard fought battles against the likes of Postol or Ramirez, but understand, Crawford hasn't had a "hard fought" battle yet. He is always a level or two above his opponent. Postol was undefeated going into a bout with Crawford. Crawford Unanimously 12-0'ed Postol while also dropping him a couple times. But vs Taylor, Postol really was only dominated in a couple rounds. He put up a decent showing vs Taylor.

He can claim he knows how to beat him, but you don't think other fighters didn't say the same thing. Benavidez, Brook, Khan, Porter, Diaz, etc....

His best bet is to defend that undisputed title at 140 a few times and allow Crawford to do his thing at 147. If he gets in the way, it could get ugly..... Crawford is a different monster.

Who's gotten under Crawford's skin? Benavidez is the only guy I know of that Crawford simply didn't like but that was a personal situation beyond their bout. Hank Lundy tried to press some personal issues and got checked as well.

Josh Taylor is a class act. Something that Benavidez and Lundy wasn't. He's not going to send personal jabs at Crawford's spouse, family, city, race, etc......like those previous 2 did. So how is it that you think he would get under Crawford's skin.

And even if he was to get under Crawford's skin........how is that a good idea. We have seen Crawford's reaction in the ring when an opponent lands a good punch that causes the ground to rile up........referring to Gamboa & Kavliauskas.........they both were dropped repeatedly and eventually stopped.

I think this would be a Chess match in the ring that Crawford would most likely have the upper hand in. But honestly, I don't think Taylor would beat any of the welterweight opponents that Crawford has on his resume with the exception of maybe Amir Khan..
