Josh Taylor is a class act. Something that Benavidez and Lundy wasn't. He's not going to send personal jabs at Crawford's spouse, family, city, race, etc......like those previous 2 did. So how is it that you think he would get under Crawford's skin.

And even if he was to get under Crawford's skin........how is that a good idea. We have seen Crawford's reaction in the ring when an opponent lands a good punch that causes the ground to rile up........referring to Gamboa & Kavliauskas.........they both were dropped repeatedly and eventually stopped.

I think this would be a Chess match in the ring that Crawford would most likely have the upper hand in. But honestly, I don't think Taylor would beat any of the welterweight opponents that Crawford has on his resume with the exception of maybe Amir Khan..
Josh Taylor is far from a class act. What makes you think he won't send personal jabs? This is the same Josh Taylor who was fined by a Scottish court for racially abusing a nightclub bouncer, isn't it? The same Taylor that the normally-calm Jose Ramirez called "a terrible man... This guy is willing to disrespect any other guy."

Taylor is a spikey tartan and he has shown repeatedly he likes to rile up his opponents.

I guess I called him a class act due to my personal eye witness account of how he was in front of Crawford. I don't know much about his character beyond that. I know personally that he would not attempt to cross that lie with Crawford, either out of fear or respect or whatever label one wants to put on it. Crawford is a different individual when someone tries to take it beyond the professionalism of promoting the fight.

      Look at the examples:
-Dierry Jean sent personal jabs at Crawford disrespecting his wins over Gamboa/Beltran/Burns....claiming he was going to snatch the title from Crawford and take it back to Canada, which is fine, but when he purposely didn't show up for the press conference and sent his trainer there with a cardboard cut out of himself in place......Crawford embarrassed that boy in the ring and stopped him in the 10th.

-Hank Lundy had so many words regarding Crawford's family. Called his girlfriend/wife "fat and nasty" in front of his kids. Had so many jokes about the city of Omaha, though he had never stepped foot in the city. Had the nerve to even make it a "Philly vs Omaha" type energy in the press conference. Had the fans fighting at the air port and the hotels. Crawford damn near push Lundy into the front lobby during the face off after the weigh in. Stopped him in the 5th.

-Jose Benavidez start sending personal jabs to Crawford well before they were even schedule to fight. Crawford was getting ready for his bout vs Felix Diaz. They came face to face shortly after the Julius Indongo fight in which Crawford became undisputed at 140 and Crawford made a comment for Jose to "focus on your fight before you not make it to your fight". Crawford wasn't even a welterweight yet but looking to move up and fight Jeff Horn. Crawford took a swing at Benavidez after being pushed during the weigh in/face off. Crawford ended up out boxing Benavidez winning every round after the 5th and stopping him in the 12th.

-Shawn Porter.....even though the 2 are great friends, Porter or mainly is dad continued to disrespect Crawford claiming he's never experienced pressure before and that their camp was specifically put together to get Crawford to fall to the heat that Porter is going to bring to him. They had videos posted 2/3x a week showing how hard they are working and how Crawford won't be ready for what they are bringing. Porter guaranteed a stoppage of Crawford and doubled down on it the week of the fight. Only to see that Crawford wasn't as freely in the press conference when he finally was sitting feet from Porter. The energy changed. Porter's dad then changed the story to "they wasn't able to do everything they needed in this camp to prepare for Crawford"........Crawford became the only man to stop Porter and sent him into retirement.

All that said......Josh Taylor....hopefully is smarter than the guys I pointed out his this "long ass" response....lol. Looking at his last performance.....He'd be smart not to make any suggestions of seeing Crawford anytime soon or ever.
