If either fighter wins this, it would definitely make a difference to retrospectives of their career.

But to be fair, and I know I’ve criticised both, mainly Khan, a lot, both have had decent careers.

Khan’s an Olympic medalist and multi-weight champion, while Brook won a title on away ground against a tough opponent.

What obviously sticks in the memory are the images both invoke: the ‘stanky leg’, the broken eye sockets, the quasi-coma, etc.

If you sidestep these, which we and I rarely do, they’ve both done alright for themselves and made some money. But I’m still gonna absolutely drag them when their names are brought up.

Khan your legacy is safe. Your legacy was secured when u fought Briedis Prescott, Danny Garcia, Canelo, and Crawford. These are fights where u were vaporized, spun 360° by a left hook, knocked into a perma dream, and quit on your feet like a dog, from a damned so-called thigh shot which was really a clean shot. Also the numerous other times u were buckled, stunned, hurt.and dropped, by lower caliber fighters. So ur legacy is secure for the next 1,000 years

Khans legacy at 35 is sealed in boxing , he was a good fighter with quick hands and feet , a low IQ and a weak chin. This is just a payday for two faded fighters with the intrigue being who has faded the most.

Ok..I don't understand the hate with Khan and I never did. Speak facts - he does have a tendency to get clipped and perhaps he was never an ATG he's done a lot for the sport and he's beaten some damn good fighters in his day. It's about time everyone stops hating on him just because he's susceptible to a KO due to a weak chin. Y'all hating - no one is ****ing perfect.

He's an entertaining fighter with quick hands and has decent power. He's a good boxer but tends to fight with his heart more than his head with mediocre defence. What's not to like.

Both have had decent careers, winning world titles and having some nice moments. Not GREAT moments, but nice moments. I think they are currently more remembered for their loses/lack of durability and not fighting each other.

After tonight, I think this grudge match is bigger for them and how people remember them (I won't say "legacy" as if they have some ATG legacy). The winner may actually have claim for having the "better" career or at least being remembered as the better UK fighter. Other than that though, they came up short of being a "best" in their era. Their losses are just to big.

I don't like him him but it's not 'hate' it's more the fact of his delusional thoughts of how good he wrongly thinks he his .Mayweather running from him, Garcia landing a 'lucky punch' etc ffs!.... What's there to like ....'.Having to drop down levels to fight Brook' when we all know Brook would always have given him a stiff test and maybe always have beaten him .The kid is full of shyte and that's why I don't care for him.
