Con shouldn't worry about a legacy. His propensity for getting wrecked is legendary.

I wonder if Bud is still impressed !!!!

When they said the Khan from the Maidana fight was back, they should've clarified the Khan from the Maidana fight in round 10

Yes. Amazing as it might seem, but the outcome of the contest between Brook and Khan on Saturday night was, in fact, utterly unconnected to the bias you expressed on Friday.

Your mistake is to judge an action through the filter of who someone is.

A boxer punching another boxing well below the belt is a low blow no matter who throws the punch.

Your insane logic is that the low blow is clean because it came from Crawford who is a clean fighter, therefore it could not have been low.

          Which makes no sense.

Judge the action by the action. Or you are biased. That is pretty simple.

A Mere's glass chin is legendary, along with his glass legs, and glass IQ. This dude is always good for a laugh, as I see him more as a comedian than a professional dedicated athlete. He should send royalty checks to Breidis Prescott because people started tuning in to his fights in big numbers after Prescott inaugurated Con's bambi era. Pure entertainment.

Let's say it was on the thigh and u are right. Amir Khan is likely the very first boxer to quit standing on his feet, from a punch to the thigh. And it was wasn't like Crawford winded up and swung from the floor. It wasn't a punch to quit because of. So no matter where the shot landed, Amir showed his yellow side and he quit while standing, he didn't even take the full 5 minutes to rest and recover. Because he knew he was about to be knocked out, so he wanted out of the fight. And now he finally fought Kell, only because he was certain Kell had nothing left, with both sides of his face broken, and believing he could do what Crawford did to Kell. Amir will be best remembered for his delusional thinking, all his highlight KO stoppages, quitting because of a so-called thigh shot, his blatant avoidance of Kell Brook, the look of pure fear on his face walking to the ring, and the beating Kell gave him.

As I said previously, you can say he quit in that fight and it would be a fair comment. My beef was purely with the claim he quit after a clean shot.

He quit after a shot below the belt. It gave him an out. There was no glory in it; he was widely condemend for being a quitter. He obviously did want out of the fight.

That said, I think we are beyond the days when a fighter should risk CTE to please the baying crowd. It's not like Khan hasn't taken big blows to the brain before. Khan is clearly shot and was shot at least three fights ago. He needs to get out of the sport.
