I’ve generally been told by Khan used to deal with him pretty easily.

He was levels above Kell in the amateurs in fairness,
it doesn’t reflect how the fight will in the pro’s though.

Amir style would make him the better amateur

Exactly… Amir was a superb amateur. Winning Olympic Silver at only 17 is really impressive. Love him or hate him, Khan deserves his props on that.

Brook was a solid amateur too, won some medals nationally but never won anything on the international stage like Khan did.

I have no doubt Khan would have controlled those sparring sessions. He was way more developed than Brook around 2003-04.

                  Not Khan no.

A former two time ABA champion who was on the squad at the time has told me the general perception is Khan dealt with Brook pretty easily.

David Price outboxed Fury in the amateurs though… it doesn’t really mean sh**, especially considering both Khan and Brook were teenagers at the time.

Khan and brook will fight each other harder as professionals than they did in the amateurs.
