The trainer may want to communicate that to the promoter because they sure as heck haven't tried to make the fight. I really like Tank but it's ridiculous that he's almost thirty and still hasn't been in a " big " fight.
Honestly , I'm pretty disgusted with the whole sport because of the lack of competitive big fights. It's a damned shame , especially when you consider how many extremely talented fighters we have active right now . I'm 53 and a lifelong fan, boxing is the only sport that I've ever followed. I've never seen so many potentially huge fights and potentially great fighters in the sport all at the same time. This could be a real Golden Era for boxing but the promoters and fighters are letting it slip away. What a disappointment.

They do that every time. Every single time Loma is set to fight, his name starts coming out of their mouth. This is literally the ninth time Calvin and Tank have called out Loma, and it is always as soon as he’s penciled in to fight someone. It’s pathetic.
