Bivol won't even try to unify nor fight Zurdo but is some killer just for beating Joe Smith. Bivol is in the same boat as Smith, another paper champ at 175. Hearn just keeping all his fighters away from each other so they can fight Canelo before they lose
Did you see the opponents Callum Smith beat in order to win the elusive WBSS tournament, whole tournament was a joke mate.

Bivol has wins over current 175lb Joe smith, former 168lb champ Jean Pascal, Isaac Chilemba and Sullivan Barrera crap over the opponents Smith beat.

lol @ anyone referencing Callum Smith, that bum got walked down and beat up by Ryder yet was given a robbery decision. It was clearly easy money for Canelo regardless of how big Smith was. Do you notice the Canelo crew are literally considering every fighter other than the undefeated number 1 contender, killer, in his own division? Hmmmmm wonder why

It's time Canelo steps into the ring with boxers with power that have long been calling him out - and this include "the smaller middleweights". Real challenges for Canelo are fighters that can box with power.
Who have you got in mind? You call unifying titles as an excuse to cherry pick and that seems pretty obnoxious to me but to say that you must feel he is avoiding certain fighters who have power.

It's time that he gives Benavidez, Charlo, or GGG a match. Those names have been mentioned as opponents for over two years now.

Dont expect a announcement this month.
Most of the time It's the opposite because all the hopefuls are in training as soon as they get mentioned as possible, the only time a short camp comes into play is when they pick somebody out of the blue. You will often see oh he only got 6wks notice as fight became official when the truth is he has been in training a month before on the chance he gets the big fight. There is a lot that goes on in the background to these big fights with the top guys.

I agree most boxers remain in training throughout the year, especially world level, but going into fight camp usually means in some cases moving away from home, bringing in the nutritionist, beginning weight management and specific sparring and taking there trainers and associates with them, this is all a costly process and i cant see many willing to chance it when a fight hasnt been made official.

and thats when canelo decided to fight him. he was doing his usual im too small routine by beating rocky fielding then running back to 160. same thing he did with ggg at 160 and beterviev at 175. what a complete fraud. cant believe people have been duped by him and hes a ped cheat which most of his fans pretended to care about...shameless
