    Bivol's Chin and Heart

Is the only question mark. He is a much better boxer than Kovalev, Plant, and GGG, who both outboxed Canelo many rounds. If Bivol can avoid the KO he will outbox Canelo for at least 7 rounds. Clearly the smarter and much more skilled fighter than Canelo, but Canelo is good at using his power to bail him out of the later rounds.

I don’t think he’s a much better boxer than the fighters you named tbh. Especially Kovalev who was a superb boxer.

Canelo fought the shadow of Kovalev.

Bivol is a very skilled boxer and technically sound with good speed. He's not as aggressive as he was earlier in his career (up until Barrera and against inferior opponents). I do think he has a habit of coasting a bit and fighting to the level of opposition.

Not sure how durable he is, he doesn't get hit a ton but he did admit that Pascal and Smith both buzzed him nicely at the ends of the those two fights.

Kovalev was still boxing well. He had become chinny though.

Bivol hasn’t looked great since his friend passed.

Bivol is great a controlling distance and has more power than Plant. If he’s at his best this is a 50/50 fight IMO.

He seems to get hit much less even against similar opposition like Pascal, Smith, Chelimba.

Finally someone makes sense. If pednelo fights Bivol (I doubt it tho) without rehydration clause and other bs he deserves huge credit but I'm sure this is just talk they don't wanna fight Bivol. Will be glad to be mistaken

Is that what you call chinny or still boxing well

Kovas physical dimensions are trickier for Canelo. He hid behind the jab well.

Caleb is tall as well, long reach. Lots of movement.

                    GGG has an excellent jab.

All in all it’s a great close fight.

Canelo’s ring IQ and skills will be at the forefront to win this fight, not his power.
