But.....why push back? Don't you want to learn new things and increase your understanding of the world? If you encounter someone who knows allot about...anything; doesn't it seem like a good idea to pick their brain a little? Instead of pretending that knowlege is something that just grows inside your head like mold, unassisted by learning? I'm not trying to be funny; I'm serious.

Some are not sold on Yoka but from all the fights I’ve seen I think he looks like one of the better rising HWs. He’s fought several solid journeymen including catching a cold Duhaupas napping early. He was willing to take the Bakole & Hrgovic fights. He is not avoiding the other HWs trying to move up. He also has olympic pedigree. Yoka has good handspeed & displays a decent arsenal. He is tall & long. He uses it well plus he can crack. I think Yoka wins a wide UD or maybe even stops him late.

It wasn't especially close. Yoka mastered Joyce every time they fought. Doesn't matter, Yoka and Joyce will almost certainly meet up again in the pros, and we will see. Longer fights in the pros, plenty of time for Yoka to get the stoppage so nobody can whine about the decision.

I wanna see Bakole make it rough in there, bully him into the ropes and see how he handles the pressure.

Honestly from everything I've seen of Yoka he looks very good.

I just can't shake this feeling that he's going to turn out to have a David Price level chin, I dunno why.

That long neck kind of reminds me of Carlos Negron. He looks like he his neck would snap if he took too many big shots to the head. He is built well but that long neck makes him look vulnerable…

Havent seen his most recent right yet. But his control of range looked subpar vs hammer and allen. It was relatively way too easy for these two limited guys to get close to him. his tendency to just hold his feet and cover up wont work against better skilled fighters.

Bakole vs yoka is a solid fight though and one that moves the heavyweight scene forward, instead of fights like makhmudov vs wach and khossobutskiy vs duhaupas smh.

The Makhmudov / Wach fight I’m ok with because we need to see big Mak fight someone who can take a punch & will throw back. Nobody can accuse Wach of not coming to fight. He is a limited plodder who can take a punch. He is a solid gatekeeper to the HW division. I’m still waiting for EOTT management to match Makhmudov vs Kean. I think Kean already got exposed by Dillan Carman & I think when he steps up he will get KTFO. Now one thing Carman can do is punch a little but Kean needed to rematch him & that is not a good look if he expects to move up the ranks.
