This weekend in Dubai there's Mahmoud Charr vs Lucas Browne, how's that one for the Pick Em?

So, it's Martin vs Rivera and Uzcategui vs Shishkin this weekend?

That's my preference but I've been holding off to wait for some odds on Uzcategui vs Shishkin. Still nothing on my regular sites @proboxingodds and @oddschecker... gonna have to make the call soon though. I'd rather not go for it if the bookies have decided it's silly odds either way, but... I might anyway cos to my mind this is a very tough one to call. You're more of a betting guy than me Tat, you haven't seen anything have you?

choice b would be Cissokho vs Mbenge.

Azeez vs Fielding could be fun but I think few people are likely to pull Rocky for the upset.

No, I haven't found odds on Uzcategui vs Shishkin myself, but I would definitely prefer it to the other two. I'd love Fielding to win, though - I always had a soft spot for him, who knows why...

Ah balls.. right. I'm gonna have to make a call cos I want to go to bed - feeling really shit with this virus.

Mmm. Okay. Gonna run with Uzcategui vs Shishkin in spite of the unknown odds. My guess is it should be pretty close and in any event you can argue that with Shishkin in the Ring top 10 (just) and Jose as a former full titleholder (however briefly and ignoring the fact he didn't win it in the ring) it is probably the most prestigous of the three fights.

                On it now.

Looks like it will be a quiet beginning for the 2023 edition... first one to be considered is Tank vs Garcia on January 7th.

I wouldn't say that man, January's gonna be busy. Always is a little hectic getting up to speed in the New Year anyway, getting the new OP done and tying up loose ends from the previous season and so on, but we actually got quite a few decent fights on the first 4 weeks plus I got this White Collar fight in early Feb so I'm gonna be training as much as I can in my spare time.

Anyways, Jan schedule is actually pretty solid:

                    7th Tank vs Garcia
                    14th Ajagba vs Rivas
                    21st Beefy vs Eubank
21st Makabu vs Gevor / Mikaelyan
                    28th Beterbiev vs Yarde
                    28th Charlo vs Tsyzu

Well that is surely one fight worth Pick Em if ever I've seen one
