I wouldn't say that man, January's gonna be busy. Always is a little hectic getting up to speed in the New Year anyway, getting the new OP done and tying up loose ends from the previous season and so on, but we actually got quite a few decent fights on the first 4 weeks plus I got this White Collar fight in early Feb so I'm gonna be training as much as I can in my spare time.

Anyways, Jan schedule is actually pretty solid:

7th Tank vs Garcia
14th Ajagba vs Rivas
21st Beefy vs Eubank
21st Makabu vs Gevor / Mikaelyan
28th Beterbiev vs Yarde
28th Charlo vs Tsyzu

Oh yeah. In that respect it's not bad at all although I wouldn't have been upset if we didn't have the first fight till the 14th. 7th is OK though - gives me a coupla days to get over the Yuletide celebrations, announce winners and so on and then hopefully be able to get the 2023 masterthread up by the weekend. In fact pretty much perfect I'd say... if I leave things more than a few days I often go into procrastination mode and keep finding excuses to put shit off.

Damn. I woulda picked Martin if realised how close Roll was breathing down my neck. I was just focused on trying to close the gap with ruedboy so I figured my only shot was to pick the opposite of him. Now it's all down to the wire on the 31st for 4th and 5th placing. I think I came in 5th last year so I'll be happy enough if I can bump that up to 4th for 2022.
