After we get Ioka vs Nietes out of the way next Wednesday, we have Ryan Garcia vs Javier Fortuna for the weekend, then another title fight in Asia on Wednesday (July 20): Knockout CP Freshmart vs. Wanheng Menayothin.

Let's not forget Isaac Dogboe vs Joet Gonzalez on July 23, that should be a great fight.

Damn... I'm gonna be like 10 fights behind on the updating (8 if you discount JCM vs Arroyo and Madrimov vs Soro). I'll have to find some time this week and definitely need to get it done before the kids break up for summer cos I'm aiming to be off in the camper as much as possible. I think the summer schedule's fairly thin as usual but it's still good to make sure it's all in order and up to date before I go away. Apologies gents. Not sure I'm gonna be able to get much done today but possibly be able to find a coupla hours tomorrow or Thurs.

What say you gents? Barboza vs Zorilla yay or nay? No title and only Arnold in the top 10 but I'm aware that the schedules pretty thin over the next few weeks. It's a 4* fight but consistency would suggest it doesn't really fit all the criteria... odds however are pretty close with Zorrilla only a +150 'dog.

EDIT: Also can I get your feelings on Garcia vs Fortuna for this weekend?

Following on we will be including Freshmart vs Menayothin - as pointed out by Tatabanya above Dogboe vs Joet is a good one too, but doesn't tick all the boxes like Barboza vs Zorilla... Per TBRB neither of the 2 is top 10 although Ring does sc**** Joet in at #10... one could argue that Dogboe is very much more proven thatn Zorilla though. Guess if folk want Barboza vs Zorilla we should likely include Joet vs Dogboe too, if not we probably leave both out.

Anyways be useful to get some opinions.

Mmm. Good shout on Garcia vs Fortuna actually... somehow passed me by (cos it ain't up on Boxrec) but there's arguably a better case for that since at least both Ryan and Javier are top 10 per Ring if no0t TBRB. Odds are very wide for Garcia though, with Javier coming in in the +600 or 700 region.

I'd give the Garcia fight a miss with those odds. Golden Boy matchmakers are not laying an egg with their golden egg. That said, of the 3 fights above there's no way I'd watch Freshmart over the other 2. Long winded way to say I'm easy whatever the decision.
