Luis Nery vs Carlos Castro also had no strap on the line. Although it did have closer odds.

So I'm sure you can see how one might think that there's no consistency in the stated standards.

But selecting the Pick 'Em fights and knowing the Pick'Em schedule ahead of time would eliminate this problem.
Ha I ain't gonna get into the back and forth although Bam was far less known (or at least further down the rankings) than any of the other fighters you mentioned and he only really lucked into the title shot cos Sor dropped out man. You know that.

Still... ain't gonna pretend I always get it right or am always consistent, although I do try.

Either way I reckon we agree that an advance schedule should go along way towards improving it. Reckon you just volunteered yourself to be part of the scheduling team... on an unofficial basis of course.

Oh ok, so being less or more known has higher priority than titles being on the line?

Got it. I'll try to remember that for next time.

No, not necessarily but both factors are part of the equation.

Lemme post up what it says on the OP :

In general all title fights between fighters ranked in the top 10 per TBRB will be included plus any non-title fights of particular fan interest. Fights with guys in the top few places of the P4P rankings will also generally be included even when (as often happens) they are a prohibitive favourite. Should the WBSS introduce a new season during the course of 2022 we will make every effort to include the fights from that competition or indeed those from any event of similar ambition that should occur during the year.
Look anyways... .... I've adhered to those guidelines as much as I could but I've left enough flexibility in there to try to account for all circumstances. Ain't gonna keep everyone happy all the time, but hopefully enough room to negotiate compromise solutions.

C'mon man, you've known me long enough to get that I do my best to work in good faith to accomodate everyone.. ain't always gonna fall your way but mostly ain't gonna go too far away either. That's just the way it is. Reckon the most important thing is to focus on what improvements can be made.

Cuadras was in the TBRB top 10. There was fan interest when the fight was with Sor Rungvisai, and it didn't dip much when Bam was announced as his replacement.

I mostly just like giving you grief. But I do have my eyes on certain picks and get annoyed when they aren't included, as they would have been last year. Got to get used to the new approach I guess.

Give Koba a break man - this has rolled on a little too long now - lighten up a bit - we don't always get what we want. Respect.

Left up to Roll and only three posters will be left in the game but that's cool with him because he would be in the money.

Breathe deep, man... I was 4th after the first three rounds, then reality came back with a vengeance with three consecutive damp squibs

Always been a fan of Pedraza. I actually thought he executed his game plan against Loma perfect. To a tee. He was smart and intelligent in his approach going up against a master boxer.

The bout was closer than what the scorecards indicated.

Up until the KD’s in the 11th, it was competitive.

Loma was/is just a level above him.

                      Pedraza is solid.
