On Betfair they are offering odds for knockdowns. I'm tempted

    Khan gets kd - 0.44
    Brook gets kd - 2.25
    Both get kd - 5.0

That means bookies are fairly certain that Khan gets kd and seeing it no surprise if Brook is kd

Wondering if Russell vs Postol - on the Colbert undercard - is perhaps the weekend's most balanced fight to measure our picking abilities...

Yeah, just making a decison now. I got about halfway through putting up a pick em thread for Taylor vs Catterall and Postol vs Russell but then started thinking about Okolie - Cieslek... and . Hmm.

OK my thoughts are that despite Taylor - Catterall being a pretty massive mismatch for the bookies we can't really not cover a bout for undisputed including a P4P fighter plus of course Catterall is unbeaten himself therefore - at least in theory - his ceiling is unknown.

Now I really like Postol vs Gary and I think Postols shown he still got enough to be a serious test for anyone... love to include it, but I'm also trying hard to keep the numbers down and I'm aware that it ain't a title fight and that GAR is still well down the rankings, now matter how highly he's regarded. Plus it's a 10 rounder On the flip side whilst Im not finding any confirmed odds they're virtually guaranteed to be much closer than the -850/+500 on Okolie vs Cieslek.

Okolie vs Cieslek is a full title fight, 12 rounds and whilst Cieslek is a heavy underdog he's still well regarded and top 10 per TBRB, Ring and Boxrec.... my thinking is that if we have to include one I'm inclined to priortiise the more significant fight over the more even fight but Ima get a second opinion off the rest of the CREW and of course any of the players who'd like to have a say

NC Uppercut Mammoth asgarth ... and anyone else who got an opinion... what say you gents? Gary Antoine vs Postol or Okolie vs Cieslek? All 3?

And yeah, SteveM ... 100% be Choco vs JCM and Ramirez vs Pedraza for the 5th. Both are a lock unless we get some late cancellation or something.

Seriously, I do believe that Russell vs Postol is also more significant than Okolie vs Cieslak in spite of the latter's involved belt. But... I raise my hands to the people's will!

im team the more fights the better, but if we aim to have less fights and prioritize significant fights, then I would include:

                Taylor vs catterall and
                cieslak vs okolie.

One is an undisputed title defense, the other is a title fight between 2 well ranked fighters.

All 3 is an option if enough people feel strongly enough about it, I mean they're all 4 or 5 star fights per Boxrec but unless that option gets particualty strong support my inclination is to go with 2.

All 3 might be the way to go here, Koba.

Two UK mismatches or an actual competitive fight? Doesn't seem like a tough choice here, if you're trying to keep the number of fights down.
