Foster-Yaqubov 3-18
Yabuki-Teraji II 3-19
Edwards-Waseem 3-19
Prograis-McKenna 3-19
Ortiz-McKinson 3-19 cancelled
Rocha-Cobbs 3-19
Berlanga-Rolls 3-19
Based on how we picked fights so far for this season of pick em I would go with the bold fights for this weekend.
legit title fight, legit title fight, battle of (known) prospects which should be priced fairly close.
Skill gap for prograis mckenna too big.
I like Foster Yaqubov, but both are not really known at all.
Berlanga fights a gatekeeper.

I'd really like to see Cobbs - Rocha included. It's a WW matchup, should be a good fight, Cobbs is a favorite of many and it's at least as relevant and Brooks-Khan was - the winner will probably go on to fight for a secondary belt.

Okay... gonna make the call on the two title fights. I'm liking Cobbs Rocha and O'Shaq vs Yakubov too but I think it's a case of prioritising this time.. I'm trying to avoid 3 fight weekends unless there's a pretty compelling reason and neither of theese fights are quite high enough up the rankings to my mind. Pity cos I can't see Sunny really breaking a sweat with Waseem whereas both those two could go either way but I dont want to skip over a legit title fight for a propect fight unless it's something really noteworthy.

Right, first order of business is this weeks fight or fights. Tmezone might be an issue for most of us and the little guys ain't for everyone but the Kyoto fight is a lock I'm afraid... Both guys are top 5 by Ring TBRB and #1 and #2 by the WBC whose title is on the line. And this one also has the advantage of not having an easily predictable winner although I ain't actually tracked down odds yet, whereas all thew other fights this week are pretty much mismatches on paper.
So that's one.
Question is do we include any of the other fights this weekend? Technically only Edwards vs Waseem is for a title and Waseem is top 5 by WBC WBA and IBF so I'm definitely leaning that way even though the TBRB and the Ring don't have him anywhere in sight (Boxrec does have him at #10 if anyone cares)
On the other hand I could see that with names like Prograis and Ortiz in the mix some of you might prefer to lean that way and both Mckinson and Mckenna are names most people should have at least heard before... guess it's what you like...
Myself I'm thinking Yabuki vs Kenshiro and Edwards vs Waseem but I'm gonna just ask for opinions see what everyone else thinks. Ain't got long though... whatever is decided reckon I want to put it up tonight and I ain't planning on a late one, so maybe within the next 3 hours, 4 max.
NC Uppercut Mammoth asgarth and I guess ShoulderRoll too -- wasn't joking when I said you'd volunteered yourself for the scheduling team.
And of course, as ever, any and all other players are also invited to offer their opinions or preferences.
Regards
K
