The commentator Watt was nuthugging his fellow Scotsman McDermott throughout the fight and may have sold some viewers on the idea that McDermott won, but all he did was throw an occasional punch and hold. He turned his back as if to quit twice in the last round as if to quit. Fury showed his inexperience, but overall he did okay and overcame the adversity.

Watt's scoring was as bad as O'Connor's - Fury CLEARLY won the last round. The real score was halfway in between Watt's and O'Connors.
The commentary was terrible, i found it hard to score the fight because everything McDermott did was hailed as the best thing ever and it made me think i was just being a ****** scoring something for Fury. Tyson didn't do that bad but he still lost by a round or two i think due to the domination of the middle of the fight by McDermott.

I can't think of a time when the BBBoC have overturned a decision just because of it being ****. If they cared about stuff like that then O'Connor would've been sacked years ago.

They didn't take any action over Khan-Barrera, so I can't see them doing so here.

well I'm Scottish I don't consider him to be Scottish.

if you are born in England then you are English, don't start all this Rod Stewart nonsense.

Fury no way in hell won the last round. Mcdermott hit him with about 10 flush right hands in the head. Fury did **** all.

Where did you get that idea from? His father was also English; I don't know how far back you have to go to find any Scottish ancestry but it's more than one generation; the page you linked to about some other family with the same name, not his, and even that family you linked to doesn't come from the highlands, they come from Glasgow. And most Scots don't consider people who have Scottish surnames but who have never lived there to be "one of their own".
