I agree 100% with your assessment of their fight, I was shocked to see just how good how good Wallin was fighting.
The incredible amount of damage he caused to Fury's face, and how he kept after him to secure the win.
The cut required 27 stitches to close, and Fury was being pressured into a world of despair during their epic fight.
The see saw battle was so contested that no one knew what the outcome of the battle would be, I can't say enough about this fight.
Fury showed a ton of heart, and never say die commitment, I could see where many other fighters would've quit during their fight.
He didn't though he came roaring back like the true, and amazing champion that he's turned out to be.
These two can go to war with anyone in the division, or any other's daring to move up to the heavyweight division to challenge them.

I would've thought the obvious fight was Wallinn v Helenius. That would be the sort of local show-down that would be huge in most places but there aren't many boxing fans in Scandinavia. If that won't work then Wallinn may have to fight Parker & Helenius fight Joe Joyce or, conceivably, v/v.
