I can hear the next Kriegel narration in my head. He'll use some fancy alliteration about painting a picture as ESPN shows scenes of Slone working with young Nico and also scenes of Slone painting on canvas.

At the end of Kriegel's long winded story about making a "masterpiece", we will see Nico throwing a a 6-piece combo on a heavy bag as Slone reveals a painting of young Nico in Ali shorts fighting Jeremiah Yeager.

    Brilliant!

That’s because he’s known for his art of boxers, not showing boxers how to be artful! Everyone think they can be the next great trainer.

It's no different than if LeRoy Nieman trained Sugar Ray Leonard....but he didn't.

This guy is **** average as a boxer. All the hype because of his grandad but top rank will ride with it until the wheels fall off because Ali sells

You remember when Mickey Ward was Arturo Gatti's trainer briefly and the promoters and media tried to put a positive spin on it and sell it as 'Bitter rivals unite to be partners'? Same thing here but since Joe is dead they choose the next best/cheapest option.

So its just a marketing gimmick. This guy hasnt even trained anyone, he has been eating twinkies and painting fighters. After
nicos last performance where he was harsh on himself, you would think he would find a legit trainer like ishmael salas who also resides in vegas.

seems the family is just trying to use nico as a money grab with the Ali name.
